Very unprofessional. My rep was very unprofessional and did what he could to try to sabotage my foster childs welfare. He never had anything done, lost forms, and came to my house outside a scheduled appointment (for what reason is unknown) and proceeded to laugh at me and be very disrespectful. Asked to change reps and agency refused.

This company is an absolute joke! We’ve been through 3 different caseworkers, galavanting through my home, just for them to lie and make empty promises to the child I am fostering. Then by a miracle (or the grace of god I’ll let you decide) our file gets pulled for an audit, no paperwork is up to date. I feel very sorry for any child under their care.

I’ve been an on & off care provider since 2012.There’s very little redeeming qualities this company has, save for a few workers that advocate for the children and families.Overall—my experience with this agency has been a nightmare and I cringe every time they’re recommended. They LOSE paperwork but then put the “crunch” on the caregivers with the threat of losing certification.I’ve been a care provider in 2012, 2020, and now 2022-[on-going]. Each time we’ve completed intake only to have to do it again one month later, and then 2 months later. Then—like clockwork; we get “chosen” for an audit where (you guessed it) intake paperwork must be completed again!! Of course, a few months from now it’ll be time for recertification and if our fosters are still here—we expect the whole cycle of lost paperwork and audits to start all over again. We gave them our references (of which were never called), only to be rushed months later to do it ourselves or risk loss of certification. Now? I got a call on Friday and suddenly I must override a court order for bio-parents to schedule medical appointments or else—have certification lost!! Like—we are currently searching for a new agency. They are unprofessional and a disorganized agency.

My grandchildren are involved in a program called "Yes" program. They love the counselors and they like chatting with other children.

The cult mentality is terrifying. From "Doctor" Mcdaniels down no one cares about children. They are 100% laundering money. The staff are transphobic, ablest, and antisemitic. The sexual harassment is constant.

100% fraudulent agency. “Doctor” McDaniels is just funneling money from the government while letting children die to pay her unqualified predator family members. Its a disgrace real social workers get roped into this scam thinking they are helping. Sharon McDaniels only cares about her pocket book and her family and doesnt care if the children in her care live or die as long as she gets paid. Many of the staff have forged college records so she can push them into executive positions. The amount of her family members making executive salaries while literally not even a job description is some Trump level nepotism. The community is made worse with their presence.

I have been dealing with this agency for a few months now. I have to say that I am not impressed with their lack of compassion for the struggles that families are going through. This may be just a "job" for staff but this is our everyday lives! I have to agree with some of the other reviews about ASCI being all about the money while giving mediocre services. I notice a high turnover with POC staff. No one ever seems to be on the same page. A staff member will tell you something and then someone else will tell you something completely different. I have viewed the disorganization of paperwork and the lack of communication. Sometimes calls, texts, and emails go unanswered for days. However, when staff wants to reach you... They certainly expect you to swiftly oblige! I have personally dealt with Identogo for fingerprinting. That ended up being a mess because they couldn't find my appointment but I had a confirmation number when I scheduled the appointment. I have dealt with POC staff. I have dealt with fiscal. They are all the same. They have this don't care, oh well, it is what it is, it's just the system attitude. Not much ever gets resolved until they need to contact you for something. When they need a visit, a signature, an update... That is when you will have their full support and attention.

we are suspious of fradulant activity. They were given from United Way. We filled out information for help from United Way and they got our file. They told us they would help us and they don't even know our names. We had shut off notices for utilities and we were told they would be paid a month ago. No one seems to know what is going on. We were told we never sent the bill however we sent it with every email. We were told over two weeks ago a check was sent and then we were told we would get an email. We were given wrong email addresses, people on the phone are rude. Only thing they did was mail us an application for public housing because we were told it was "too big" to email, however they could of just sent us the link and saved 2 weeks of time and $4 in postage. A guy at my church also used the United Way form and he recieved assitance within a week. Phone calls and emails go unanswered. I think we should contact United Way or the Attorney General because this place is a big scam
