Definitely not open til 7pm. I was there 2/15/2024 a little after 5pm, and the gate was already locked. Usually, they leave it open and you can pay for your items at the register of Giant Eagle

I called for a particular item and was told that I have to go to the store because the hardware clerk could not be bothered to check. Speaking of customer service, I called the Ace store in Wexford, they checked and i bought it from them.

Asked for help with a lawn mower blade and the guy at the counter said aisle 2. Never got up off his duff to help me find them. Gladly took my money though.

Need an odd part for your dishwasher or HVAC? Ace is more likely to have it than the big box chains. This location is inside Giant Eagle, and isn't staffed consistently. You can pay for your items at the grocery checkout. Call first if you need to talk to one of their experts.

No one is ever there to help you. As usual Google Hours are always wrong never rely on them. Says open to 8 , but when I arrived at 7:30 to pick up order place was closed. Wasted trip. Not a real hardware store.

Sometimes you need to purchase hardware store items and go grocery shopping. Giant Eagle has made it easy by putting a hardware store inside. I rolled my eyes at first and thought I'd never use it, welp, I was wrong.

Ace Hardware’s website said that this location had particular products in stock, but I did not find the products on the shelves, and I did not see any employee to help me. Please note that this store is small and is located inside a grocery store. I will give a neutral rating, because the store did have many other types of products in stock, including garden hoses, ladders, hardware, etc.
