Nice clean facility, all of the staff were welcoming and friendly. I appreciated the thoroughness of my exam and diagnosis. Glad they tested me for covid and flu before ruling them out. The RX is working great.
I already recommended you to family.

Great staff, wonderful advice, very tentative and kind. But it took a long time to get to me despite me making an appointment (over 2 hours), so I think they need more staffing to handle the demand of patients

The check in process can be frustrating if you are not handy with technology, and the staff at the front desk was not as patient with elderly patients.

Where do I even start? I had an appointment at 1 and got there a bit late so I accepted to sign in as a walk in. I’d been sitting there for almost 3 hrs and I kept seeing people who got there after me being called in. I communicated my concern and was told to sit back down. After 30 min I told them that I was going to leave if I wasn’t called next, so they let me in finally.
Once I was in the room the first doctor was super nice and did a strep test on me. She told me “ok I’ll run this test and we’ll go from there.” I was relieved after that stressful situation. But then I waited for another hour with no one in sight. I was angry again. The Second Lady that came in was the rudest, most careless and arrogant person I’ve ever interacted with. She mentioned that my strep test was negative and I said “ok, so can you check my throat please? because something is not right and the pain is bad”. She asked if I could swallow and I said that it was hard to do so. She then told me “oh, thats concerning you know?” In the most humbling tone. I felt she thought I was stupid which is something you don’t want to feel when being cared for. Needless to say I was very upset.
Then she told me there was nothing they could do for me and that I should go to the ER. And she told me she was going to call me an ambulance (for a 5 min walk). I immediately denied this and said I wasn’t going to pay for that especially for a SORE THROAT!! Like what?? She instructed me to go straight to the er and nowhere else and told me that they knew I was coming so I didn’t have a choice. This felt like a threat so I signed the paperwork stating that I didn’t want and ambulance and I stormed off. I was visibly upset because I had just wasted my whole day. This whole thing seemed like that just wanted money from me instead of taking care of me. This is unacceptable!
I didn't get a solution to my problem! No diagnosis, no medicine. I waited for 4 hours too! And they wanted to force me to go to the ER and pay for an ambulance just for a sore throat! I've never been treated so poorly

Former Med Express. Busy place set your appointment online if possible. Took a few minutes after my scheduled appointment. Everyone was professional and kind. Other than sending Rx to wrong pharmacy after 3 different peoples ask witch pharmacy I used. But my pharmacy sorted it out. I was quite pleased with my appointment

Maureen at the Bloomfield location was incredibly rude and hostile. When I told her that another employee told me that I could be billed for my treatment instead of paying up front she said “are you going to pay? yes or no?” And I overheard her shouting at the other staff. I asked one of the techs if she is always like that and she said yes. Please get rid of her.

I saved my spot online for 11:40 AM and even paid ahead of time. When I went to the kiosk to check in, my name wasn’t showing. I showed the staff my text message confirmation and receipt, but they told me the text wasn’t valid. Instead of honoring my reservation, they made me sign in as a walk-in and gave me a new spot at 1:44 PM.
I arrived at 1:30 PM, only to be told they had already called me earlier — even though my appointment was supposed to be for 1:44! What’s the point of “saving a spot” if they don’t stick to the time and don’t recognize the confirmation?
This was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. Never going back.

Dr. Akbarian was very knowledgeable and so kind. I can’t remember my nurses name but she was also very kind and caring. I could tell she was hoping I felt better just as much as I hoped to feel better. The front desk staff was great as well, I was very sick but they still made me smile.
Little bit of a wait but that’s not an issue when the service is top tier!

I had to go to medexpress because of my injury being work related. The first day I went they said they didn't have a rad tech to take an X-ray and to come back in 3 days. So when I went back the second time to get the X-ray to confirm my broken rib. Every follow up involved about 2mins then the Dr tells me to come back in 2 weeks. Went to my follow up and once again the Dr didn't even exam me. He just gave me more paperwork stating I can't return to work. He didn't give me anything for the pain and spasms. I'm disappointed in the care that they have provided. On the positive side the office people are very nice. Tho the Dr that I have doesn't seem to want to provide quality care. Can't say anything about the other Drs.

Came on a Friday at about 1. They said I couldn't be seen til 6. Just for an observed pee test. They asked me to come back between 8am-10am. I got back the next day sat in lobby 30 minutes for them to tell me they have no male on staff currently and I need to go to a different office. Even after I told them I don't care if a female observed. Ridiculous if that is the situation maybe you should have males also scheduled at all times of the day. If you work in th3 medical field observing a pee test should be am expectation. And if not atleast have both genders working at all times...
