I took my mom there on 9/20. She was discharged from a hospital on 9/18. They refused to even examine her and referred her out to an ER, which is fine. I was, however, shocked to be told that UPMC Go Health Urgent Care ‘isn’t actually associated with UPMC’. As someone who uses UPMC facilities only, I am shocked that UPMC would put their name on something that refuses patient care and doesn’t acknowledge their partnership.

I have been there once and it was excellent service from the time I walked in until the time I left. I will be returning there if need be.

Absolutely amazing staff with phenomenal bedside manner and extremely fast. Linda Shearer was my provider and both her and the charge nurse that took vitals were excellent.

Made an appointment online which was extremely easy. I was in and out with my issue taken care of within a half hour. All the workers were extremely nice. I have severe anxiety about going to any doctor and they made me feel extremely comfortable and I'm glad I went! Highly recommend going here if it's something you can go there for instead of the emergency room where you'll end up sitting for hours!

Used to be a trusted and convenient place for emergency health care. Has definitely gone down hill
I've been here over an hour for pneumonia and haven't seen a Dr yet. 1 person ahead.of me when I came in
. Ridiculous!!! Gave 1 star be cause of the actual antibiotics they gave me. I'll never go back there!

Long wait time. The actual UPMC urgent cares are better ran than these medexpress rebrands. I've been here an hour and still haven't seen the doctor, just a nurse filling my chart! Took about 15 more minutes for the doctor to come in and they took no more than 2 minutes looking at my issue and prescribing an antibiotic (That was ALL I wanted).
I will give them credit that the doctor i saw was nice. However, the waiting times are ridiculous! Go somewhere else!

Straight attitude from most of the staff. Made an appt online for 7:30. I get a call to call back. I call back and am put on hold for 15 mins. I wouldn’t have even had time to drive to my appt before I knew why they were calling. If you don’t have appropriate staff, then close down the location! Rude, unprofessional, and zero customer service skills. This location had went down hill and quickly.

The doctor that saw me, Kayla, was the absolute best. She was so incredibly kind, attentive, and really cared about my issue and gave me very direct and thorough medical advice. Thank u Kayla. I can’t recommend her enough. The two men at the front desk were also amazing and so kind. Wonderful experience.

This place is awful. Went in for flu symptoms that would not improve (even though I tested negative) and was told to take raw honey and elderberry gummies by the nurse. Ended up in the ER two days later. This place is a joke and if you’re looking for competent medical advice and treatment, this is not the place for that.

Worst doctors around. Went in because my whole household has strep throat. I tell him everything and he goes you need tested for flu-a and Covid. They would rather I keep infecting others with strep. I got my own amoxicillin thanks . ICE needs to run through there they’d have no one left to work. I also am putting my daughters screenshot of her being positive for strep which I got from her. I really wish people were decent human beings but they aren’t here.

This facility is awful!! My son went here for metal pieces that cut his face. They took an X-ray, told him he had metal in his face still, told him he may need surgery, and to follow up with an ENT. They gave him a copy of his X-rays and then sent him on his way. No discharge papers. They didn’t try to get the metal out. They didn’t check his eyes. Did not give him a tetanus shot. They surely took his copay though. They had us make an appointment for a walk in facility. Why??Appointment they gave was 4:45. They closed at 5. That’s why they didn’t do their due diligence for my son. Terrible place with doctors that clearly failed in their practice. Ended up making a trip to AHN Brentwood…got wonderful care…got the metal out, gave him a tetanus shot, checked for metal in his eyes. Have follow up instructions.
