I've visited this location twice since it transitioned to UPMC-GoHealth. While the staff remains pleasant and the quality of care seems consistent, there are a few concerns I’d like to highlight.
Since the change, the partition wall/door separating the waiting area from the staff area has been removed. As a result, during both visits, I could clearly hear providers, particularly one in particular, speaking loudly on the phone, to patients, or with other staff members. These conversations often include private medical information, which is concerning from a privacy standpoint. It's uncomfortable as a patient to overhear these discussions and then see the individuals being talked about walk out moments later.
Additionally, I've heard staff members complaining or conversing to each other in very loud voices. While some workplace chatter is normal, such conversations should not be clearly audible in the waiting room.
I’d strongly encourage the clinic to consider reinstalling a partition or, at minimum, ensure that staff are more mindful of their speaking volume and the sensitivity of the information being shared. Discussing medical details should happen in private treatment areas only.
Lastly, I’m not a fan of the new check-in kiosk system. It seems to have recurring issues, such as booting patients out mid-process, which leads to longer waiting times. I’m also concerned about the triage process, since no one is visually assessing patients when they arrive, it's unclear how emergent needs are identified and prioritized.
Overall, I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the patient experience and maintain a high standard of care and confidentiality.

I was visiting from Kentucky of course got sick. But your staff was very friendly and helpful. They were training a new employee at the front desk and still were very attentive and kind to the new employee and me!
Love to see it. Sometimes we lose site of things when we juggle but your team there is top notch. The Dr was so kind and thorough. I appreciate you all!

The service is very slow and bad. I couldn't breathe and they made me wait a whole hour.

On Sept.25 around 4:35 a foreign gentleman came in with his daughter saying she couldn't breathe the lady checking her in (Lynn) told her exact words you look fine to me! Also a child asked her how long she screamed that the little girl asked her a million times and she was about to snap! Are these the people you hire for working in the health care field around sick people! This is highly disgusting and behavior should not be tolerated ! I couldn't even stand to sit and listen to that! I was flabbergasted along with the every one in the waiting room!

Absolutely horrible staff. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and respectful. However, I went to get checked and get a note for work, they told me they could only do one for one day when that’s not what’s in their policy, not have I EVER come across a hospital/med express that has only done one day. They didn’t want to back track and give me an excuse for three days, made me wait practically an hour just for pain killers. Proceeded to make me wait some more, gave me a shot out of random, and then said I could leave after 8-10 minutes. 10 minutes had passed and I asked if I could go, and they refused to let me leave until a doctor spoke with me. This place is a joke, and unprofessional. Don’t hire people who don’t wanna do their job!!

Brought my mom in for gastric issues. She was severely dehydrated. When the doctor saw her for literally five minutes, she says well she probably needs a CT scan and fluids of which we do neither here. She then said we really should refund your money because we can’t offer you any services here we then proceeded to go back to the front desk to tell them that no services were offeredand your front desk said well she took her vitals and we said she did not take her vitals. And then the front desk said well she told her to go to the emergency room and that’s a service.

It was a terrible experience not even worth talking about. They were times two years ago when we used to go there without any problem have IV drips Pain Management now the doctor says who was poor thing New there herself yesterday that we don’t give IV fluids they’ve taken away from us. We can’t even do an x-ray please, you will have to go somewhereemergency she even asked Reception not to bill us because they didn’t do a thing you should be ashamed of yourself you call yourself an urgent care you should just shut down just Priti building wasting money on the prettiness that’s it do some work OK. Additionally, when we told him that not even vitals were taken, they said oh well the doctor told you to go to the emergency room because they have no services there and therefore they can charge us for that comment.
