The wait time was longer due to short staffing. Only one PA was reviewing patients. That's unacceptable for medical services.

I booked this appointment 48 hours ago and arrived early. It’s now over an hour and a half past my scheduled time and check in... no one has bothered to address me or explain the delay. If walk-ins are taken before scheduled appointments, why even offer appointments?

In person very good experience. Getting anyone on the phone to fax an rx where I needed was like pulling my own teeth. I wanted to punch the lady on the phone buy I refrained from acting on those impulses because I rediscovered weed and surge. All in all things here at the house have been pretty good gramma.

I waited over an hour for a strep test results when there were slim to no patients in the building. I had a fever and they made me sit there for almost 2 hours before someone tended to me. Not to mention they told me it would only take 10 minutes

Most efficient and attentive urgent care visit I've ever had. Staff was pleasant and genuinely cared about my concerns from desk to nursing to the PA. I was a walk in and was prepared to wait awhile but had an exam and two imaging tests performed (and read) all in 40 min.

I’ll start with the positives — the office is clean, and the staff seems friendly.
Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 AM and arrived about five minutes early. I used the link they sent to fill out all my information in advance, assuming this would make the process quick and smooth since I had other plans for the day. However, I wasn’t called to the reception desk until about 11:50, only to verify the same information I had already submitted. I was then informed I would need to wait an additional 40 minutes because there were three other people ahead of me.
When I explained that I had booked an 11:30 appointment, the receptionist told me that walk-ins had arrived earlier and would not be bumped for appointments. While she said walk-ins don’t necessarily take priority over appointments, her explanation made it seem like there was no real advantage to booking one. This logic was baffling, as it defeats the purpose of scheduling in advance.
It would have been courteous for the office to notify patients with appointments if they were running an hour behind. Ultimately, I left without my issue being resolved.

Staff was so friendly. Came in for a tetanus shot. I made an appointment on their website before hand. The process was very easy and quick. I only waited a few minutes in the waiting room and then I was seen. The shot only took 5 seconds and I was done.
