This is the absolute premier urgent care location! I've (unfortunately) had to have a few visits but there was minimal wait time and literally every single person there was pleasant and amazing! I got actual explanations for my issue as well as instructions for the process. There have been instances at other locations where the doctor made up notes but what was explained matched what I got in the follow up email. I will definitely go to this location over any other.

When it was MedExpress I never had to wait more than 30 mins to be seen. My son went about a week ago and we waited hours. They were turning away patients telling them to go to other facilities. Only one Doctor. My son had an infected toe, swollen and and bloody. After waiting hours all they did was write him a prescription for antibiotics. No cleaning, no draining. After finishing the prescription the infection returned, today his toenail fell off so he left work to go back to get it looked at. We assumed that our last experience was an anomaly, no, same thing one Dr. He over heard the receptionist tell another patient it would be a couple hours to be seen. You might as well go to the hospital emergency room, you might get seen sooner. He's still waiting.

I always had a good experience with the doctors but this time called in the front desk lady spoke to me and said they are swamped I thought that's weird to say off the bat I live across the street so I went over looked inside waited a couple no one inside thought maybe they are being seen mind you this is 2mins and 30sec after I called gave it 3mins more went inside the lady says we close in 15mins we can't see you I said are you guys busy she said no I said I just called you said swamped she says I'm not lying sir we can't help you I said why would you say that she said please come back tomorrow very rude for no reason I had a tick bite that need looked at I never had a bad experience with them but this time it was really bad I will be turning her in even though I don't want to I need to because she just wanted to go home and didn't even care at all about me ps my doctor was nice jason

My experiences here have always been wonderful. I visted 3 times over the last couple years and it’s never been super busy, everyone is kind and the NPs are smart and helpful.

Super disorganized with a lack of structure on how patients are organized to who is called in. Some people will wait for hours despite having appointments made before someone who had an appointment after them but that other person gets called in first. Lots of people always get tired of waiting and leave before they ever get care.

Called ahead, showed up and multiple people who showed up after me were called ahead of me due to the one receptionist not knowing how to verify Va benifits and put me behind multiple people. After waiting already. Prefer the other Monroeville location.

What is the point of setting an appointment multiple hours in advance and getting there early if they’re going to take 4 walk ins back that walked in AFTER I checked in for the appointment I set HOURS ago?

I really want to express my gratitude towards the staff, nurses and doctors for seeing me on a Saturday morning when I am out of state but having a gout flare up. Super friendly and super patient with me and explained to me the side effects of the different meds and listened to me and went with my choice!

My visits here are always long. This was my third time coming here. I was registered before 4 other patients of a different nationality and all 4 were seen before me even when the last two came 30 minis after me. Overall, I wow 75 minutes when it was not busy. This has been the third time this happened. This is not professional.

What a joke had an appointment, and waited over an hour. Saw A doctor for 60 seconds got a prescription and told to see a doctor. Waste of a time and money as per usual.

I hate having to come here, there is no way around getting stuck in this place for hours every time even when they are not busy. Even if i make an appointment I still wait in line for hours....I hope some day they will work on improving wait time.

It says walk-in, but it’s not. I walked in at 4pm and asked to be seen and they said the next appt was 7:45 pm.
