The staff was great. The Gentleman at the front desk was great. Very helpful and the nurse was very thorough and the Dr was absolutely amazing. I was in and out and able to make it back to my sister's funeral on time. Thank you everyone for the great experience.

Terrible wait time and provider- patient communication. Kelley McQuesten failed to state specifics about a very important urgent matter. When trying to follow up with a question- from a problem she failed to state she was very unprofessional and pushed the problem onto her coworkers. I wouldn’t go see Kelly McQuesten for hang nail. She’s a failure at her job and needs to start back in starter school.

DO NOT GO HERE! Absolutely the most unprofessional staff ive ever experienced. My girlfriend had to come in because she’s been sick and antibiotics were not helping. The male doctor literally yelled at her after she couldn’t remember the name of the antibiotics when he has capability to look it up in the system. She has enflamed tonsils and they didn’t even look in her throat ?!?!? She told them her symptoms and they said “it doesn’t sound like strep” (it literally sounds exactly like strep) gave her a Covid test (negative, which we knew) and didn’t swab her throat until she told them to. After the throat swab (which takes 5 minutes for results) no one in the staff came back. She waited 20 minutes and they were right outside of her room talking to each other about nothing related to healthcare. My girlfriend ended up leaving before getting the results because of how insane she was treated. Mind you, there was no patients there but her. I never had any issues here until UPMC took it over. It’s disgusting to treat anyone with that much disrespect. Shame on you.

Took my three year old here for a fever. Got in quickly within an hour (made the appt online). , They took our insurance so we had no copay. Smooth sailing and everyone was SO friendly! My three year old has now gone around telling everyone they should “get a doctor appointment” to feel better. Hopefully this place has made him no longer scared of the doctor!

The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and caring. I have a lot of allergies and she made sure she checked through them to order the right medication for me

MedExpress was way better, In UPMC gohealth they check in you and have likely 1 doctor working so you end up spending half the day or more. Horrible, UPMC is monopolistic for the region and keep buying other systems without any oversight.

The check out staff was extremely insulting. I work with people who have mental and physical disabilities. We can not give anything that does not have a prescription including over the counter meditations. The staff knew this and we needed a prescription for Ibuprofen. We were asking for something for pain and she immediately said we do not have Opiods. Astonished, I responded we do not want Opiods. She responded we can only prescribe Ibuprofen, I then responded that is what the client needs. In lieu of the opioid epidemic this ignorant staff member made some horrible assumptions. She needs to be retrained. Several people came in after us for pain and she never responded that way to them. But I get it we are black.....

The doctor I had was absolutely wonderful. He actually listened to me, was very thorough and I really appreciated him! I wish I could remember his name, I was so sick and just can’t remember.

I went there for a suspected UTI/kidney infection. They were very rude and not personable at all. After taking my urine test I herd the lady who came in to tell me my test was completed and I was able to leave… she said and I quote” the whole bathroom smells like hot piss now.” I don’t need nobody telling me that, that’s clearly why I went theee to see if I had a uti. I heard them laughing with her about it. As the lady came into the room she was very rude. Gave me dirty looks and told me I was fine and able to leave. Do not go here!!!! These people should not be trusted with humans.
