I booked an appointment for 7:30 PM. When I arrived at 7:20 they said that it would be a 90 minute wait. I asked, what is the point of booking an appointment if you do not honor the time? They stated that it just gives you a spot in line but everyone else in there waiting
will be seen before you, regardless of if they have an appointment. If I would have known that, I would have gone 90 minutes ago rather than sitting at home waiting for my appointment time to come. I think that it is really very bad customer service. If you are not honoring the time, then don’t allow people to book appointments.

Staff is nice. But finding out last minute that they don't take cash ruined my appointment. They want to keep a credit card on file also for some reason. I was referred to the Mt Lebanon location because mcmurray didn't have an x-ray technician. So I had to make a completely different appointment and wait 2 more hours to be seen. And I didn't even get an x-ray at the Mount Lebanon location. Again, staff is fine but the policies at MedExpress didn't sit right with me.

Nice people, but I walked in and paid cash for a physical. Later received a bill for an additional $60 dollars. If a physical costs $120 tell me up front. Don’t charge me $60 then bill me for $60 later.

Scheduled an appointment and still wasn’t seen anywhere near the scheduled time. Continued to take walk in appointments. Will not return.

The staff at the front desk and triage nurse were so incredibly rude and almost verbally abusive to my 18 year old daughter who was there for PNA. Slamming equipment and just being rough, unacceptable I have been in heath care for over 25 years and there is absolutely no excuse for that behavior and my daughter was so sick and and it just made her so upset. They should be ashamed of themselves really !

Had a little wait even though I had a scheduled appointment. The medical team was pleasant and efficient. The facility was very clean.

The front desk, nurses, nurse practitioners and doctors are all so kind and caring. I always have a good experience for my family and myself. Thank you so much! We appreciate all of you. Brian is always such a good listener and takes care of his patients so well. He gives the best advice and makes the best decisions.

Feeling better but still in some pain. I was allergic to Keflex but my doctor only wants me taking the Bactrim (I asked for alternative anti-biotic). Since I am using the gel, I hope that helps. I was thinking of taking the Bactrim 3Xday instead of 2X.

Excellent staff and care at this MedExpress on Washington Rd. I was able to be seen immediately for a back injury while I am still waiting for a call back from my doctor's office I placed 2 days ago.

I was extremely pleased - I came in for a 7:30 appointment and my diagnosis was a little difficult, but the staff did not hesitate to stay beyond closing to administer an EKG.
It was an excellent experience

Had a really great experience at this location. Everyone from the office admin to the radiology tech, Amy, was awesome and put my mind to ease when I was stressed out. Looking forward to the next time I think I broke some bones
