Honestly, I get better service at Macy and kinder employees then at Men's warehouse. This is the final time I'm trying. I'm unsure if the way I dress screams I do not have money - but everytime I walk in I'm ignored until I flag someone down.We were looking to update my husband's wardrobe but we ended up just walking out with a few shirts and a tie because no one was willing to help us then more then 2 seconds at a time. It's fusterating when you really are looking for help and you would assume people who work at a place called "mens warehouse" could help but I felt in the way.I'll go to places who want to be of help in the future. Save your money and your patience and find a company that cares.

Let me start by saying it depends on who is working. When we first walked in and made our way to where we needed to be, we were eventually greeted by a young lady, and the process of renting suits was explained briefly. Left unsure of next steps, we started browsing the store when Will found us and treated us as if we first walked in. He explained the whole process to us again but with so much more enthusiasm and followed through with next steps. In what seemed like no time, we were all set up, and my fiance was fitted the same night with no appointment. I would recommend Will to anyone!

We spontaneously decided to elope for new years eve. Two weeks prior, we stopped into this location and immediately found the look we were hoping to find. The downside? The one we loved was discontinued and sizes were limited. They allowed us to order two vests so that they could disassemble them and put them back together to create the size we needed. The manager Amy, and the seamstress Lana (with the brown hair) went above and beyond to help us all while being short staffed. Within a week we received our perfectly fitted items with plenty of time to spare for our elopement on the 31st. I would absolutely recommend this location.

I went to Men's Warehouse to buy a new suit for a wedding and buy some other pieces as my "dress up" wardrobe was a bit out of date. The service was excellent and made me feel very comfortable. The only problem was that my suit pants weren't in stock and would need ordered and tailored. No problem, I thought...Upon receiving my pants in the mail, I went back to the store to have them hemmed. After being measured, I was informed there was a $35 fee for tailoring! Please keep in mind, only a week before I spent $1,200 there -$600 on the suit and $600 on shirts ties and other items. Now they charge $35 for alterations...(Custom suits start bewtween $600 and $800 depending on the brand, according to the website. I wish I had checked!)The salesman, who couldn't have been nicer, said the only suits with free alterations are custom order suits. This is a great racket because any suit pants you buy are not hemmed.Buyer beware...

Went to MW in Robinson a few months ago to buy an outfit for a wedding. Salesman was polite but very full of himself. He refused to measure me for a shirt because I brougt in an old shirt. I told him I lost 40 pounds and he said he "those measurements don't change". I took his word for it and ended up wearing a very loose shirt to the wedding. Sleeves were too long also. Last night I went to South Hills Village MW for another outfit. They were a little busy and every one was extremely rude to me because they were trying to get ready for a wedding party order. Nobody even said "someone will be with you shortly". An older guy actually asked me to move out of the way. After a while a young inexperienced kid started to help me and he got yelled at by the old man because he must have been told to help someone else. I left and went next door to Macys and bought 3 new outfits. The man there was also busy but was very nice and helpful. He said he gets complaints about the Men's Wearhouse several times per week. Men's Wearhouse is not what it used to be. If you had a good experience then good for you. I am 0 for 2 this year. I won't be going back.

I went in to get a suit for job interviews and when I picked one out the staff did alterations to make it fit better but it had the opposite effect making my arms hard to move. When I complained about it the tailor (who hardly speaks English) continued to say it's perfect and I just don't understand how a suit is supposed to be. I've never felt like people were only there to sell and nothing else but these people treated me like I was stupid and knew nothing. I will NEVER be going back and I'm going to get my suit fixed by a different tailor who doesn't treat me like trash.

Really great, knowledgeable staff helped my son pick out a flattering suit for prom. Also were understanding when we returned it late. ? Excellent service and personable people. Highly recommend!

My son had his senior prom last night and he was fitted incorrectly at Men’s Wearhouse, S Hills village. He ended up having to wear a different pants and when I spoke with the manager today he gave me a discount of $10. (The tux rental was $250) Unbelievable! I will never do business with them again.

As the groom of the wedding, I was a bit suprised how our experience went. My shirt had a stain on it, and initially I received a broken and dirty bow tie. After receiving the second bow tie...still broken. Finally, I got a bow tie with a working clasp. Furthermore, three of five groosmen needed material alterations. Usally, I would reccomend Men's Warehouse to anyone. However, now I caution those who dare to enter.

I used to have this place rated as 5 stars. With the change in staff, I must say it's gone downhill. The manager, who has been there for quite a while, acts as though he is too important to assist anyone. The other staff can't measure correctly for anything. The level of care is just gone, like most of retail

Wouldn’t recommend for wedding tux rental salesman was very pushy “well we match all prices and grooms tux free” and went right into taking all our info before even selecting and explaining the process. Eventually stopped him and said you know we may not go with you guys and he basically stopped and walked away. Come to find out they’re priced 40-50$ more per tux. Do yourself a favor go to liberty formal on banksville they actually alter cuffs to length.

something has changed in how they size their apparel... everything runs smaller and is cut towards slim fit... even the big and tall...

As the best man for a wedding, I don't feel I did my duties justice by deciding to come here.Sure, the initial measure was good. No problems. I paid in full. No issues. Got my email information set up. That much was painless. There was no information on a remeasure, only when I could come and pick things back up. Alright, no trouble. I did end up going to get a refit, but only because of a personal notice from the groom (who was checking in due to other issues apparently.)When I came to pick up the suit, and go for a final fit, there could not have been less consideration. It was busy. I totally understand that. We all get busy. But there was a general lack of empathy and interest in any of the customers walking out with a good experience. After the first fifteen minutes, I was able to get changed. Not long after that, I was hoping to just stand in front of a mirror and gauge everything.By the time we hit an hour, I had no such luck.I was directed to just keep standing in my happy changing room while other customers, some who had come up with me, and at least one entirely new customer, got seen to in haphazard order. As well as a new retail-purchase (non-rental) customer.I waited until I absolutely could not wait anymore, for risk of just not being able to finish my daily schedule, or the risk of just working up a sweat standing in the changing room surrounded by other people. So, as I go to leave with my receipt in hand - thank goodness I paid 100% up front - I try to check and make sure I can just walk out without scanning everything for fear of it looking like I just stole everything. The best response I got from everyone was a "sir, I'm busy."So, I decided. Okay. It's worth leaving this place even if it looks sketchy and I didn't do something right.I feel really bad having to tell the wedding party that. But, at least I know where I can shop for formalwear now. It's across state lines, as opposed to a nearby shopping center, but I guess that's the price I have to pay.
