I went there to get a phone for me and a phone for my wife and the guy accidentally put my wife's number on my phone and my number on my wife's phone. They told me go home and switch the SIM cards it would work just fine guess what it didn't. Then the guy lied to me and told me I had to pay for a second line 65.00 when a second line is only $25 to get the free phone for my wife. So I called T-Mobile corporate and they gave me $200 off my bill for the next couple months. Instructed me to go back to that store to have that guy fix the numbers. The Indian guy that's here only from our tax dollars had the balls to call me a thief eight different times because he claims he's not going to make money off these phones because of the discount corporate gave me. Then the next morning I woke up the guy manually shot my phones off from the computer I had to go to a different MetroPCS just to get it fixed. And whatever corporate does to the guy the discipline him is up to them but I know one thing that guy that's scumbag they're liars. They will rip you off in a second if you don't do your homework before you go there.

Great location,but they need to change their online times on when the store is opened and closed. I'm coming from the other side of town and the store was supposed to close at 4pm & it's closed way before that time 🤦🤦

They love ripping people off and scamming older people. Do not get the metro T-Mobile wifi, it’s a scam. It shouldn’t cost that much for it to not stay on. And they also lie about it being 5g, they claim it’s 5g but It works more like an old computer. It’s slow, and unable do anything with it.

Worst experience ever!!! My daughter broke her screen being that our service is already with Metro we decided to go get another phone. Long story short they literally tried to raise my bill, make me get a phone that they thought I should get. I told them there was a certain amount that I wanted to adhere to. They told me it would be 10 times that amount. We left the store went right next door and got a new phone and all within my budget. They are SCAMMERS in that store!!!

Worker came in late at 10:36 AM. I’m standing at the door and tells me they don’t open until 11 AM when the sign on the door says 10 AM and their Internet presents also says 10 AM.
