The man that runs this place, Ricky, is absolutely amazing!!!! I've been to literally every metro in pittsburgh, ans this man is thr only legit, fair metro around!!!! Swear.

Literally rushed me out of store didn’t set up my watch properly, made a name up for the account, made a pin for the account, wrong address, charged me to set up my watch but never set it up. Very rude and rushy. He just wanted the money. Never gave me any of the info that he made up has cost me more money by having to go back to store and was charged again for watch set up that I never received in first place

I had a very helpful and fairly quick experience swapping phones at metro today. While the price is never what is listed on the promo posters, the employee was transparent about the “out-the-door” price and was efficient. Overall a good experience!

Worst customer experience with this location especially not sure how it is in others. I went to buy a phone and switch to metro. Once after the purchase is made the store guy didn't even have the receipt to give. When I asked he said printer is not working and he promised me to send in email which he didn't . Till the phone is purchased and payment is made these guys will not tell anything and moreover called customer care to report the issue and they are neither responsive too. He neither allowed me to see how he arrived at the price and moreover didn't show any time to answer the questions. Worst customer experience .

Was sent from my local PCS they sold me the wrong phone I wanted in stock because the phone they sold me had to have an (NFC Reader and 5G) (they had the N10 5G which I was to pick up and pay my bill) as well is buying I ended up leaving buying nothing or paying my bill 0 Stars pics attached for experience
