I went into the Sharpsburg Metro store to get a new phone. I accidentally got the wrong phone (different model but very close). I went back a few times to see what could be done. I was pushed off a few times, but today they were perfect. I went in to switch the phone and the employee Lindsey Satterfield was there to help me. She was unsure of procedure so went out of her way to call the manager and resolve the issue for me instead of making me come back. She was able to get me the correct phone and do what she needed to to activate it properly. Took 15 minutes max for the swap. During that time Lindsey was very friendly and tried to help me make the time go by. I wish all my store interactions were so pleasant. Lindsey is definitely an asset to the store. Quite satisfied customer. I hope her higher ups read my review and give her props.

I went into metro at 809 main St in Sharpsburg to get a new phone I was greeted by this young man I think his name was Rob he asked A lot of questions to help me find the right phone for me and his customer service was top notch it's the best customer service I seen in this store in a long time as long as he is working at this store I will always be back he cares about the business and the customer and he explained everything to me step by step and helped me set up my new phone and transfer everything

I went into get a new phone the guy Rob was really help and was really great with customer service I was greeted when I came in and helped me find the phone and accessories that fit my budget at the time I recommend this metro store to everyone go see this guy he will help you out best customer service I seen in a long time anywhere

Best customer service ever! We’ll friendly they knew what they were talking about. If they did not know the answer the manger( Rob) was able to get the answer. I would recommend metro anytime

I have been a Metro PCS customer for at least 5 years. In late summer of 2021 I bought a Apple Iphone 12 mini. Metro PCS locked my phone even though I bought it outright from a diffrent vendor. I even printed up their guidlines about buying phones through a 3rd party and it stated it will not be locked.... but mine was.... I dropped Metro PCS and T mobile
