I have been bringing my vehicles here for various repairs, inspections, and even issues as vague as, "my car's making a funny sound..." and the team at Michael Johnson's Auto Center have always taken excellent care of me and my vehicles.

Called to get estimate on full synthetic oil change and front brakes and rotors. Gentleman on the phone was going to call back and let me know. Never heard back- figured he got busy so I called 3 days later to follow up. Woman answered and said "how would I know what to price you if your car isn't here?" Said she can't give an estimate - told her make model year etc... she said no you have to have your car seen here we wouldn't know how to estimate that. Difficult to deal with woman- never got estimate and not offered an appointment.

This is my favorite auto mechanic in our area. Michael is a super ethical and competent mechanic that has a nice way of telling you what needs repaired or serviced. They go out of their way to serve their customers.One time, they even had someone give me a lift home and picked me back up because the repair was going to take a long time and they didn't want me to have to sit there. Now that's service!I have an older car so I am always worried when I take it in for the annual inspection. Michael and his team never rip you off by making up repairs or anything even on an older car which I totally appreciate.They have done both major (replaced my AC system) and minor (old change, tire rotation and inspections) work for me and I could not recommend them any more.My only gripe is their driveway which sometimes gets deep ruts in it that's hard on our other car which sits low to the ground. They do try to keep up with it to make it smoother but it's difficult since it's just gravel. Minor gripe for such a great place.

Everything about this place is absolutely fantastic. All of the mechanics (as well as the receptionist) are all very personable and kind. You will NEVER get ripped off or screwed over with these guys. They also supply honest, fair, and quality work, and their consultations are also very helpful. I was even able to bring in a car I was thinking about buying, and they looked over it free of charge. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

I previously had good experiences here but the last 2 times I've been to the shop have not been the greatest. I had an inspection done and picked it up after paying $1200 to have it fixed, only to find I still had a tail light out, there was a rattling in my back end and I was told my tires were good. Less than a week after I had to replace all 4 tires. I took it back 4 months later for another $1000 repair and it took almost 4 weeks to get my car back. I'm going elsewhere in the future.

I was having issues with my A/C in my Toyota Corolla last year. Long story short, they were quick in diagnosing the issue and they did not charge any crazy hidden fees. They were also so HONEST as opposed to the dealership I originally took my car to. They explained the issue to me in a way that I could easily understand (I admittedly know very little about cars!) and they also gave me pricing information for how much the repairs SHOULD cost (the dealership was definitely overpriced, something I would not have known otherwise).Overall, this is a great shop and I would recommend to anyone in the area. It’s really hard to find an auto shop that isn’t overpriced and is also HONEST (especially if you know very little about cars). I will be a long term customer!Services: A/C installation & repair

Mike has been my family's mechanic since before I was born. Mike is a gruff, lively, well-tattooed guy who gives honest, straight diagnoses to your car problems. I have never once been ripped off, and trust him and his crew every time. There were two occasions in the years I went there where they made a *minor* mistake, and they fixed it immediately, no charge, no hassle.They won't charge you for extra parts, and they are up-front about suggestions and options.I'd recommend calling at least 2 weeks ahead of your preferred time, since they always have a long line of people waiting.Services: Wheel alignment
