The nurse was very nice and professional. She greeted us close to our an appointment time. She put our daughter at ease and the vaccine was administered without incident.

Unbelievably bad customer service and system. the "nurse" Debbie that works at the minute clinic doing rapid testing is one of the most miserable, unprofessional, rudest people I've had to deal with in a long time. As I was advised, you are allowed to come early for an appointment and be serviced on if there is availability. Many times, when my wife or I arrive early and there are no other cars/people around, I see Debby sit in the minute clinic box for 10-15 straight while she knows there are customers waiting. She has said "she doesn't care" that we have to wait while she's waiting for her prior appointment who is running very late. and makes the excuse weekly that "one of the machines are down". Try fixing it...or get one from another store. She is miserable and hates her life & job. She needs to be gone or transferred. The other lady that works there, who is Jamaican, is very professional, kind, respectful of people's time. She has taken me and/or my wife early many times as she has advised us that the minute clinic should and does allow to take customers early who have an appointment. It even says that on the website / confirmation email when you make an appointment.CVS store manager barely did anything about it and was defending Debbie's unprofessional attitude and treatment towards customers. The pharmacy manager never came out to help rectify the situation. Eventually some (polite and professional) nurse came out and said she could do the testing inside the store since we've been waiting over 30 minutes.

My appointment at the Minute Clinic at 611 Duncan was just what I needed. The Nurse Practitioner I saw, Alexis, was kind and knowledgeable. Would recommend this clinic.

Don’t even waste your time calling. Everything is automated with zero option to speak to a human. Failure of their part is going to cause me to have to drive back to their store to fix their mistake.

The incompetence of the pharmacy staff is dangerous and reckless. The dark haired female pharmacist, who I believe is the pharmacy manager, is rude, unprofessional and childish. When you are dealing with distributing medications that keep people healthy, and in most cases, alive, you can't have a staff that puts more effort in to creating drama than giving you the correct prescriptions.

The nurse was very kind and informative, and the appointment was quick. However, CVS needs a better appointment system. I scheduled my appointment through the online portal for 3 PM. When I arrived, the clinic staff was on lunch break, and didn't come back until 3:30. I don't understand why the website would allow you to schedule an appointment during the time no one is working.

The nurse practitioner that took care of me had an attitude from the moment we talked and she talked down to me and acted as if I was ridiculous and knew nothing. I will NEVER go to this location again. She needs to take classes on patience and understanding with her patients. I have never met a medical professional like her. I never write negative reviews but her job is too important to ignore.

I just had an awful experience here. I ordered 1-hour photo prints. It said my closest CVS was not available, so I got them at the next closest CVS, which is about a 20 minute drive. I got an email confirmation saying they would be done at 2:17 p.m. I went there around that time. They had no order under my name or confirmation number. The manager called corporate. Corporate said they would put the order through again, but that it could take up to another hour. I asked if the prints would be free and I was told no, but that I would get a discount. I waited another 20 minutes and the order still did not come through so I asked that I be called when the prints were done. It is now almost two hours later and still no phone call that they are printed. I generally have been very pleased with CVS. But this experience was awful. The manager was callous and did not seem to care at all.
