If I could give zero stars, I would. And to be clear, I never take the time to leave bad reviews. I’ve left plenty of good reviews for excellent service or experiences, but never thought it was worth the time to leave bad reviews. Until now…
Miracle Movers just flat out no showed for my move in today and left me high and dry. I had an appointment all set up, they confirmed with email the day before, and then didn’t show.
I texted Benny this morning and he said the crew should be to our house between 9:00 and 9:30, but that he’d confirm. He never did and then stopped responding to calls and texts.
I then got ahold of Andrew around 10:00 AM. He said he would get some guys over to my house and said it should be in about an hour. 11:00 came and no one showed.
Called Andrew again and he said he was having trouble getting a second guy but that he was going to pick up that second guy.
Called him again at noon, still no second guy. But then he offered to come help get things set up so I could start moving boxes myself, anything to get something started….
He never showed. When I called him again he said he had to go do an estimate. (So basically, a potential future client was more important than a current client!!). But he said his other crews were finishing up other jobs and he’d send them right over.
2:00 and still no crew. Called Andrew again and he said he has two guys confirmed to come, but they were still wrapping up the jobs they were on.
He strung me along a little longer that a crew was coming until 4:30 when he texted to say he was striking out with guys. That’s it.
I took the day off work. My wife and I waited around the house all day and absolutely nothing got done.
Horrible horrible experience. Totally unprofessional. Not a serious business and run by unserious people.
We ended up calling another company who is squeezing us in tomorrow to help us out of the jam that Benny, Andrew and Miracle Movers left us in. Assuming all goes well, I’ll be leaving that company a positive review.

Do not use them unless you want them to break your big items and not respond on when they are going to fix anything. Didn't get what we were promised at all. The moving company is a joke. A few of the movers were great though!

Jason & Sean were EXCELLENT very courteous and polite, paid attention to detail and if they were unsure of something they asked questions our move went very smoothly and stress-free they even held my items overnight for me and delivered the next day. I called several companies and their prices were astronomically higher. Miracle Movers can get my business any day THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for rescuing us 🙏 if you're looking for a reliable trustworthy movers THEY are your company 😊

Neil, Will, and Jeff were excellent! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from them. They were efficient, careful and quick thinking which made our moving process so much easier! When our couch wouldn’t make it down the hallway, Neil was able to find a way to disassemble it just enough to make it fit (and he put it back together!) I would totally recommend their services!

Frank and his team were incredible. They were on time, respectful and efficient. They finished the job under the initial time estimate and it ended up much cheaper. I would highly recommend them if you need help moving

Fair price and professional. The guys were efficient and I paid less than what they estimated. I’ve moved quite a bit and they were the best company/movers I’ve had. Highly recommend.

Miracle Movers were ok to deal with until I had an issue then no one would return my phone calls and to date my issue has not been resolved. I would not recommend them for your moving needs.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!
I wish I could give zero stars. We made the mistake of hiring this company for our move back in December. During the move, they completely shattered one of our TVs. I understand that mistakes happen, but the company’s response to this issue is why I am leaving the negative review. After filling out their claims forms to get refunded for our TV, we have waited 4 months and have still not been compensated. My husband has countless emails between April saying that the TV has been shipped out. Many phone calls and unanswered follow up emails asking for tracking number, updates etc. later, and we still do not have a replacement TV or any other form of compensation. The lack of professionalism is infuriating.
Also, our bill was 40% higher than our original quote. Their reasoning was that they quoted us 6 hours, and it ended up being closer to 9. We were originally told 4 movers would be there, and only 3 were sent. So yes, when 25% of your workmen do not show up, it will take longer to complete the job.
Again, DO NOT HIRE THIS MOVING COMPANY.

Frank and Jason did an awesome job packing my house up to move, and the next day they did an even better job moving all of my furniture to my new house! Very nice guys and great company to work with. They also had a helper the second day I didn’t catch his name but he was also very friendly. 10/10!

I had a wonderful moving experience with Miracle Movers in Pittsburgh! Neal and Tyler made a great team! They were efficient, careful, and pleasant throughout the entire experience!
