Nevena was amazing! She assisted us in buying our home and in selling it several years later. She made an overwhelming process much simpler both times. We were relocating from out of state when Nevena helped us find a home that fit our family’s needs perfectly. Her advice on writing a competitive offer and the ways we could improve our terms without affecting our bottom line were key in helping us get the house.
When selling, her advice on staging and preparing our home for listing was excellent. Her marketing strategy brought our listing a ton of traffic resulting in multiple offers. Nevena was very helpful in my move from out of PA into Pittsburgh. Not only did she expose me to a bunch of different areas (including Murreesville, Wexford, Shadyside, Cranberry Township, Carnegie, Mt.Lebanon etc and beyond), but she also helped me move my car by agreeing to receive it in Pittsburgh on my behalf which made the move MUCH easier for me. She also has good connections with other related experts in the real estate arena that you may be looking for (such as repairs, handymen, etc) so she is able to make the real estate transaction process much more easier for someone clueless and out of town. She was good at highlighting the strengths of each property, but was also clear in communicating potential issues. Lastly, she was able to introduce me to some other common minded professionals in the area to help me get settled in Pittsburgh! Thank you Nevena!

We couldn't be happier with the services Nevena provided, both in purchasing our house, and the subsequent sale of it years later. She brings an objective perspective to the relationship that makes the extremely personal and stressful affair of buying and selling no longer an anguish-filled undertaking. Nevena helped us move from a four-floor 110-year-old house to a great one-floor condo. Working with Nevena for my relocation to Pittsburgh was the best experience any expat can wish for! It was easy to understand each other. Her response time was great considering we were with 6 hours’ time difference at the time. Her knowledge about the specifics of the local market ware extremely helpful in order to save time and to find the best match for me. I have chosen my apartment only by the videos she was sending me and by consulting with her. The match was perfect. This is my 4th relocation in the last 7 years and it is the first time the agent was able to find an apartment which is meeting all my requirements. Meeting and greeting in the city was great too.
