I changed my review, because one of the employees signed up to for a subscription even when I said "no". Once I noticed in my banking statement, I called the Wash Mod Customer Service, and they agreed to refund me the service I didn't use, saying in about 72hrs. it would be refunded. A month later, I called again because I never got the refund, and the agent said my account wasn't eligible for the refund, and didn't want to recognize the agreement a month before when I called the first time. The agent said that was the only phone number, and none else was on charge, such a supervisor or manager, I could talk to.
It's a shame, because after this incident, I've search how to submit a complaint, and I have read several cases like mine. So, this is not the first or the last time. Be careful, and review your credit card statement.

I just wanted a single car wash. I told the attendant that but he was very unclear describing the different washes. It was very confusing. I thought I was getting a single car wash with a 30-day free trial.
What I got was a text message saying that I just bought an expensive monthly car wash membership that I didn't want.
There is apparently no easy way to cancel your membership either. I've sent an email and called the number on their website that you have to dig around for in order to get. I had to leave a voicemail because there was no operator to answer calls and no recording telling you what their hours of operation are.
After my car wash, I noticed a couple of areas on my car that weren't clean either. There were water spots as well. Not a very good wash for the 20+ dollars per month that they trick you into getting. The attendant didn't answer my questions, and was very pushy. I can read the screen and pay for a single wash but he had me so confused, I figured he knew what he was doing.
He probably did. He might have been taught by his superiors to talk people into monthly memberships. He wouldn't let me pay with cash either like I wanted. I thought maybe the station wasn't taking cash, I didn't know, the guy wasn't helpful at all.
Poor service. Poor car wash. Not easy to cancel a membership. Never coming back to any Mod Wash. I would not have come on 10/13/24 but I had a busy day ahead of me and thought that I could get a single wash and be done with it. I've done it before at this Mod Wash. Then again, I didn't have a pushy, babbling attendant screwing things up either.
I do not and will not recommend this service to anyone.

My experience at MOD Carwash was very professional and Rich was so polite and attentive. By the time I was done vacuuming out my car. Rich was done drying off the outside of the car. I would definitely return for another car wash. The best experience.

I really appreciate all of Mitch help today. The greatest thing he did was educate me on the benefits of having a monthly plan and all the gadgets on the cleaning station. I've been here often and I'm not sure if those gadgets are new, but this is the first time it was ever explained and I felt i got a better cleaning of my car. The thing that I appreciated most was it felt genuine. He didn't ask for it but when I found out about it through another employee, I came to him personally because I felt he genuinely wanted to help me regardless if he got a review from me. I think everyone wants to feel people's help is genuine and I got that from him.

The car wash facility is nice. I usually pay for 1 wash at a time. In May, I purchased a wash plan. I asked the gentleman selling it if the price would be the same each month, roughly $18.00 for the plan I chose. He assured me it was. Within a couple of weeks, a $30.00 charge named was trying to pull out of my count, over and over and over. I will continue to wash my car with Mod, but I will not purchase a plan again.

I called to cancel due to moving away from the area and modwash only cancelled one vehicle. They continued to charge my credit card for many months after my cancellation and won't refund me even tho I haven't used their services since my cancellation. Tearable business practices.
They offered me a credit to continue to use their services. My cancellation was due to moving away from their location. So there credit does nothing for me.
