Modwash

Car Wash
Hours: ModWash is an express car wash dedicated to providing quality service and professional car care while enhancing community pride. Many customers appreciate the overall cleanliness and amenities offered at the locations. The subscription option is a highlight, allowing access to any ModWash across the country, although some users note that smaller locations may not deliver the same level of service as larger ones. While the car wash does a good job, some customers mention that it struggles with cleaning the lower parts of the car and that the drying process could be improved, as cars often remain wet afterward. However, they value the convenience of the bug prep station during warmer months and the availability of towels and cleaning supplies for personal touch-ups. Customer interactions vary, with some praising staff members like Frank for their outstanding hospitality and helpfulness, while others have expressed frustrations regarding membership billing and customer service contact issues. Overall, ModWash aims to make every car wash experience enjoyable and memorable, with a commitment to quality and community engagement.
