5 Star ++++!I received terrific customer service by everyone - starting with Jess with my very first phone call. Duane and Ray who moved our furniture were fabulous. Not only were they friendly, professional and very careful, but their attention to detail was also unmatched! I would most certainly use Movers of PA again and recommend them to my friends, family, & anyone in need of such services. Very happy to have this team in my network going forward.

Jess, the dispatcher and delivery coordinator has impeccable customer service skills. She gave me two of the best gentlemen I had a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend their services. They set a high standard.

Very good customer service, the team was really nice. Little late arrival. Suggestion: visit pickup site and drop off site a head (measurements)make sure no problem with fixing through doors or elevators then price.I would use them again for sure. Thank you

If you are looking for a company that is friendly and cares about your items, this is your company.They were able to fit in the move of a Piano with short notice. The two who showed up were very friendly, introduced themselves, and then checked out the piano for any flaws before moving it. They worked well as a team with communication the whole time and safely transported the Piano. When loaded on the truck, they covered it with protective fabric before tying it in place. Never once did I worry that anything was going to break. When we got to the Church, they checked the area first on how to get it in and easily maneuvered it into the church and placed it where we asked.I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The price was also the best in the area. I would 100% hire this company again!

Really bad experience. As part of the quote process and arranging the service, you need to provide a very detailed account of every piece of furniture you are requesting to be moved. During this process, I explained we would need them to move 3 bedroom sets including king mattress and box springs, couch, love seat, 2 freezers, 2 desks, larger TV stand and a kegerator.The day of the move the company showed up with a transit van to move all of that furniture. After over 3 hours of two movers trying to ram our furniture into the van, they told my husband they would need to make a second trip. We were moving 1.5 hours away so I called the office to explain that my husband was not planning to be at the property for another 3 hours. I was told a second truck would be sent to pick up the remaining furniture.What they did was had the two movers stop, while in transit, to rent a Uhaul truck and return back to the property to pick up the remaining furniture. They then went to wherever the first truck was parked and drove JUST THAT TRUCK to our new property to unload it. Then drove back to wherever the second truck was parked and had to drive back to our new house again. The move took over 11 hours to complete - started at 10 AM and they left our property at approximately 9:15 PM that evening.During my wait for the first truck, Dwayne - the Manager, called to discuss what was happening and offered to rebate me 50% of the cost of the move to make it right since it was taking an excessive amount of time and all the issues with the wrong size vehicle, etc. so although a bit annoyed, I appreciated that the company was apparently willing to make it right. After the first delivery, I notice several scratches and dings in our furniture (see pictures) and called the office again.I was requested to send an email detailing all of the problems and to include photos of the damage. That was provided that evening. A day later, I was then informed that I had to provide an invoice for the damages. I researched the costs for the repairs and sent an invoice on May 11th (move happened on May 9th) On May 17th, I was then told that their claims department would need to get quotes for the work. On May 19th when I asked how much time it would take for their claims department to obtain quotes, I was then told I would have to submit my own quotes from local vendors for the repairs. When I inquired on the 50% rebate I was promised the day of the move, I was told I would be rebated either damages to the furniture or the 50%. We are still working through our move, while back to work, and keeping up with kid activities so I just asked for the rebate, hoping to just move past this horrible experience. I was told I would have to sign a waiver to get the 50% refund.Update: On May 25th, after not hearing back from the company on the waiver, I followed up yet again and posted this review. I was contacted on May 26th and finally given the waiver but was told my review went against the waiver agreement so unless I took the review down - I would not receive my money. I pointed out that the Consumer Review Fairness Act makes it illegal for a company to use a contract provision that bars or restricts a customer’s ability to post a review on an organization. That prompted a call from the manager. When I explained that I was uncomfortable with the waiver as I felt the company was trying to strong arm me, he agreed to sending me the refund without signing the waiver. The money was sent and received that day.I am maintaining the 1 star as everything about this move should have been handled differently and I would not recommend this organization for someone’s move.

There can't be a better company on the planet. Duane/owner/mover is professional, neat, clean. efficient and PERFECT, You can't have a better moving experience,,,,,and he's a wonderful human being as well. I highly recommend this company. I've used them 5 times, sometimes for big and sometimes for small moves including expensive furniture. They handled it perfectly.

We have moved 5 times in the last 7 years and this by far has been the best movers that I have worked with. From the outset, I requested a quote and received a call in a couple of hours. The quote was adjusted to my budget. A couple of weeks later I realized I made a mistake in the chosen date. I sent an email and received a call in minutes. My schedule was fit in to work with my needs, with no problems at all. The day of the move was quick and efficient, it took only 4 hours to move all our items from one place to another. The moving team wanted to even help more to arrange the room at the end. During all the move the three team mates were gracious and outgoing, making us feel at ease through the move. They constantly checked on the items, ensuring that they were on the right quality. I believe the lead of the moving team was Dwane and he made sure things went smoothly and on time. Excellent service, if you are looking for a stress free move, good service and efficientcy I highly recommend. Take it from the person that has hired movers 5 times y the last 7 years.

They did not have an option to pay half before finishing the move and half upon completion, which is what I have done with all movers until now. They refused to unload the truck until I paid in full. Also, they claimed I had not told them that the apartment they were moving my daughter out of did not have an elevator, when I had specifically obtained an estimate for the move based on 3 flights of stairs at the original place. In the end, the price they charged was almost double the estimate.Comments after the business's response:I appreciate the response from MoP, although I didn't appreciate the snarkiness near the end of their comments. I did give them an additional star because of their courteousness during the move and that they dumped a couple of items in the trash for free (although I had mentioned that these items would need to be dumped in the trash when I booked the move). I also did have a conversation with their receptionist on the day of the move expressing my dissatisfaction with the increased payment and how they refused to unload the truck until I paid the full (increased) remainder of the amount. That conversation was not very cordial or helpful, but I did in fact express my views on the day of the move, before writing them on Google (much later).

Due to a covid exposure, we could not help our daughter move and had to schedule a last minute move. Everyone from Jess who handled our reservation to the movers who arrived to help her were courteous and professional. Jess gave us clear expectations throughout the process and helped alleviate anxiety down in a situation that was very stressful. We are grateful for the good care they took with our daughter and her belongings. Highly recommend!

The most stress-free move that I've ever experienced. Dwayne and his crew showed up a few minutes early and were in communication as they were en-route. The team worked well together and they were very orderly and gentle with my belongings. I felt like they cared about my items just as if they were their own. They were professional, kind and efficient. In fact, they finished my move 20 minutes early! I will definitely use this company's services again and I will recommend them to friends and family. They're outstanding.
