Murray Avenue Kosher is a fantastic kosher supermarket and a great addition to the wonderful stores on Murray Ave. As the only kosher grocery in the area, it aims to please its customers with a huge variety of items. The store has literally everything from dairy to meat, fish, deli, bakery, and takeout, accommodating even the most stringent kosher consumers. They recently expanded, adding much more variety to accommodate the growing community. Everything is delicious and fantastic, with fresh meat, dairy products, and bakery goods. The turkey bagel sandwich, for example, has a generous amount of turkey. They have a good selection compared to other small specialty grocery stores in Pittsburgh, including an expansive and reasonably priced kosher wine selection from a lot of countries and regions. Pesach time is especially well stocked for different customs. If they don’t have what you’re looking for, they will do their best to order it. The store is cleaner than other major supermarkets. Customer service is excellent, helpful, and cheery. The staff is always helpful and cheery, though one cashier is noted for very direct communication and a particular way of packing bags, which he does very well. Customers are blown away by the offering and highly recommend it, glad that Murray Avenue Kosher is a part of the Pittsburgh community.
Amazing. Everything I have ordered has been fantastic. The turkey bagel sandwich had so much turkey on it I split it with someone else. Customer service is excellent. Such a great addition to the wonderful stores on Murray Ave

Was skeptical about shopping here given other reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Cleaner than giant eagle and Trader Joe’s, great customer service, and a huge variety of items to choose from. Highly recommend!

Good selection. Nice folks. One of the few times I didn't feel different for being Jewish.
