Nam is a fantastic realtor; attentive, patient, detail oriented and very personable. We chose to utilize his services to sell our home and purchase a new one and he excelled at both. By following his advice our previous home sold very quickly and even though we were not especially familiar with our new city he helped us find a wonderful home in a lovely neighborhood.
