Horrible customer service. Unprofessional and discourteous staff and management. The manager, Dillon verbally harassed a customer and her child and I immediately cancelled my reservation. I have never witnessed such a callous act, especially around the holiday season. Just because you make minimum wage doesn’t mean you can be rude and nasty to paying customers. The whole front office staff needs to be replaced. If I could rate zero stars I would. I will also be filing a formal written complaint.

I rented from National in Pittsburge International Airport. The staff was professional and helpful. I choose my car and I was on my way. I did have to call roadside assistance during my rental because of a flat time. The tire was changed by Firestone pretty quickly and billed to the Rental Car account.

National was great in at the Pittsburgh airport. They garage is located right across from baggage claim. Once I arrived at the garage a National associate greeted me and asked if I was an Emerald customer. I said I was and I was pointed to a full row of cars to choose from. I took a RAV4 and drove to the exit. I was checked out quickly and on my way. On my return the agent was filling out the paperwork by the time I was getting out of my car. Great experience overall.

One of the easiest rentals I’ve ever had! PIT is a great airport for car rentals as the facility is right there. Walk out to National, bypass the counter, find the class you’ve rented, pick your car and leave. Whole process took less than 8 minutes from grabbing my bag and being on the road.We encountered some tolls along the way and I was nervous as I totally spaced getting the E-pass option. I just received my invoice and it was the cost of the fare with a very small service fee which is to be expected. Very happy with that!

I rent a lot of cars for work travel and National always provides exceptional customer service. The Pitt airport team has been especially helpful to me in various situations. Great team that I would definitely recommend working with!

Moving through Tampa International Airport, was very easy to do. Locating the rental car locations was easy as well especially after the tram ride. Arrived in the National area, was able to pick a car out, drove up to the window and provided my license and credit card info. Returning, I was met by Wilmi, she was absolutely wonderful and has been a member of the National Rental Car team for 15 years. Such a wonderful interaction.

I rent quite frequently from National Rental Car located at PIT Airport. The National Team at this location are always friendly and professional. They are quick and get you on your way promptly. When returning the vehicle they are extremely efficient as most of the time you are in a hurry to get to your upcoming flight. Great Location to rent from.

This place is trash. Rented a car months ago and was told I would get the rental reimbursed after having terrible customer service renting and exotic car. I Was told all these things like "call us if you don't receive the money". That was in June and I still haven't gotten my money back. They ignore your emails and your phone calls (if you can get anyone on the phone). I was actually back to this location and talked to branch manager. I told him the situation and he proceeds to tell me to "email him". I did with all the information and you guessed it, I Was ignored. This company says thing that they do not honor and then hide behind their emails. Don't rent through this company.

Check out and selection is great. BUT…. I reserved an elite and was given the choice of a CT5 or Audi a3. Opted for the caddy which looked fine in the dark parking garage at PIT. Got outside. It’s purple. Ok no issues, it then on my first stop the front left quarter is cover in primer spray. Clearly past accident was repaired poorly. More primer was on left passenger. Then while driving I notice it has a repaired crack on the windshield. So I glance at the miles. As wow. 38,000. Coupled with multiple electronic age noises this unit should not be elite. I jokingly noted the issues on return and was told at PIT / national they keep them to 60,000. Love the pickup process but I think I’ll just go back to hertz. For content I am a regular traveler and hold elite status at national rental cars. Come on national you can do better. You are better.

I rent from this location frequently. Good selection of cars which have always been clean and ready in time. The folks that deal with the return process are always super helpful and nice. The folks that you deal with during the car pickup not so much. No greetings, no thank you. This last time I picked up a car I pulled up to the booth and the woman in the booth just stood there. Didn’t ask for a license or credit card. I handed them to her, she swiped the card, handed it back and scurried back into her booth. No talking. So whatever.

It's always nice when I travel so much to get a car I choose, without dealing with waiting in line, and to exit quickly. The whole experience at National takes about 5 minutes from arrival to pulling out of the lot. A forever loyal customer.

I walked up to (another!) long line to collect the car, and the person at the desk asked if anyone in the line was in the Emerald Club with a reservation. And I walked right out to get my car - and I could pick any on the lot. The valet at the hotel said he liked my Nissan because it was smooth. Dropoff was also fast and simple.

As an Emerald Member, we were able to go directly to rental parking lot and select the vehicle we needed for the visit. The whole check in procees was easy. Vehicle was very clean. Returning the vehicle was also a very simple process. We truly enjoyed the experience with the staff and vehicle. WIll be renting from the National Car Rental PIT Airport location again soon!

I arrived at the terminal and approached a very nice woman who helped me get an upgrade by swiping my ID. I found out I was still an Emerald member from years ago.The guys in the parking were very helpful and even gave me a small lesson on how to use some of the car’s features.Return process was very simple; nice work everyone!

National has always come through, and this trip was no exception. Arrived to pick up the vehicle, super easy using the Emerald Aisle. The vehicle was great, until I got a flat tire. I called into roadside assistance and they were super helpful scheduling a tow truck and arranging for a replacement vehicle. Unfortunately the time frame was a few hours as I was in a really remote area. There was a local Enterprise dealer where I could pick up the replacement, who came and helped fill the tire and arranged to get the tire fixed at a local tire shop. Instead of waiting for 3+ hours for a tow truck, we went to breakfast and came back to a fully functional vehicle. Absolutely top shelf customer service on this trip!!
