Just so people are aware. North Hills Auto Mall is currently under investigation by the PA Attorney Generals office for systemic and blatant dishonesty regarding car conditions and warranties in addition to other fraudulent activities. This was posted publicly via various news broadcast agencies so I encourage you to do your fact checking.

The shadiest car lot I've ever been to. I don't care how good the deal looks... don't go you will regret ever spending a moment there.

when a dealership is on here verbally fighting with customers.instead of trying to come to an agreement or trying to rectify the issue....you know to steer clear from the jump..the AG suit obviously doesnt help

This place is nothing but a scam. I was looking at a vehicular they had a few yrs ago and asked the dealership I was working for at the time to look up the car facts to this specific car. I was warned about these people rolling back mileage odometers and on this car I was interested in they did. The car facts I had got said way different from when it was last reported to what north hills auto mall had the mileage set to. I had called to question them about it and when I told them what I had found they hung up on me. And now with this most recent thing about them selling vehicles knowing they’re broke or not in good selling condition, I will always steer people away from this place just for the simple fact that nobody should be getting scammed over a vehicle

The state Attorney General's office is suing these guys for violations of consumer protection laws including defrauding customers by illegally selling them vehicles with known, critical issues. I looked at them for a truck a couple years ago and noped out of there as soon as I realized they were selling at a 400% markup to KBB value. Contact the AGs office and Consumer Protection Bureau if you are one of the many seniors or LMI individuals who have been scammed by this company.

Do not purchase a car from this dealership! They will keep your deposit and not have the paperwork or even own the vehicle. They will ask you to pay for the car in full. Without paperwork stay away. Scam Artists

The employee was friendly, but I wouldn’t have driven 40 minutes to look at a vehicle with a huge dent in the door if the description had been accurate. What a waste of time.

Ashley and her dad are two of the most patient, knowledgeable and hilarious folks I know! If you're looking for a nice ride at a decent price, they're definitely worth checking out! While we didn't get the vehicle we originally had our hopes on, they set us up with a gorgeous 09 CRV LX for my boyfriend. I never realized how much fun these are to drive! Thanks again guys, yall are awesome

My son bought a vehicle from them(he is 18)and ended up putting a new thermostat in and now a fuel line. All within 2 weeks of buying the vehicle. The fuel line was glued and taped together and it was leaking gas. How do you sell a car that is unsafe. If you buy from them I would have a mechanic check the vehicle first. Also he paid a nice chuck of money for the vehicle. This vehicle should have been sold for 3000 dollars less then what we paid for it..

Purchased a used vehicle from their lot, which they said their mechanic had checked. Test drove it, and it seemed fine (I am not a mechanic). Carfax looked fine - low mileage, one owner. Stupidly signed the "AS IS" paper. My bank told me that what they were asking was more than it was worth. As soon as the deal was done, it started making funny noises and shaking. Turns out the brakes were shot, and the axle was almost completely rusted through. The air conditioner condenser quit. We've put an additional $4300 into the car that was already overpriced. Very unhappy. Either their mechanic didn't really check it out or they knew about the problems and didn't disclose. The pictures online make it look like they've got some grand car lot, but it is just a junkyard on a dangerous corner with no customer parking. They drive the vehicles up to the nearby shopping plaza to take the pictures of them.
