North Hills Messenger has been a trusted on-line messenger service for many years in the Perrysville area! Same great service and a knowledgeable staff make this a one-stop shop for all of your Motor Vehicle and Drivers Licensing needs! We are reopening soon!
So glad to see this location has reopened! Year ago before this location closed it was my go to for all notary services. They always made a visit easy and so is the case now. Go see Cherise at the window!

I have always had a great experience here. The ladies explained why I should get a passport instead of a real ID. I went to change my address and was told to wait until I renew my license. That sure saved me a couple bucks.

Mary was quick and efficient. I would use this business again for title transfer needs.
