“I needed a tire repair to my left front tire. Joe, one of the service technicians did a excellent job of doing the repair and getting me into the shop and out very quickly.
Upon the removal of the tire Joe noticed that I had front brake issues with my brake caliper and made me aware of the safety issue.
I just wanted to thank Joe and the management for recognizing the issue with the brakes to make me and my family safe. :-)

They were incredibly kind and professional — went out of their way to make sure I was safe and got my spare tire on quickly. Even though I ended up getting my tire repaired somewhere closer to home, I was really impressed by their generosity and willingness to help a stranger. If the rest of the team is anything like the person I met, I’d absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, helpful service.”

I looked on the website before coming to see if vacuuming was part of an oil change service and it was listed. I also made sure the floors were clear before I got out of my car only to be disappointed upon returning to my car. Is this not something Jiffy Lube does anymore?”
“Doing the recent oil change and annual inspection for our 2012 Ford Fusion, Jim ran into an unforeseen problem with the oil pan. He suggested a creative solution which avoided a very expensive repair and will enable us to use the car for another year. Jim and his team are simply the best!”

The mechanics and staff at Baum Blvd Auto are kind, communicative, caring, and THOROUGH with their work. They never pressure you or upsell you, but they are clear about when they discover future issues with your vehicle. They are knowledgeable and quick to share that insight so you can understand what's going on with your car. I used to religiously take my car to the dealership, but I've found that this business is full of caring and experienced staff members who want tue very best for their clients and the safety of the vehicles they service.”

“I started coming here after receiving a very questionable quote for work needed on my VW Tiguan at a local dealership. If you want honest, quality work- come here! Bob ( the owner) looks for ways to extend your cars life rather than having to replace. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. I have a VW that had an oil consumption problem and was needing to add 1 qt every 300 miles. Bob came up with a solution that likely saved my engine and my wallet.
I’m happy to say- it’s at 2,000 miles and no oil added so far which exceeded expectations. I’m so thankful to have found this place. - Diane”

The up sale in filter I didn’t mind as I needed it, only about $10 more than Amazon and I didn’t have to charge it myself add order it so I gave em the sale, they work with us on corp rates and I like they show the oil but I’d like to see a video of the charging the filler as done I’d these places screw you like the other place used to up 51 do that’s why we go here now. But a video can be great to really know the filter is being charged. But this crew seems pretty good and polished.”

“I went in for an oil change only. I had a 50% off code from the internet. They took the promo and after all was said and done I paid about $42.00. They wanted to do all this extra stuff that was included with the oil change but I declined it all except letting them top off the washer fluid. There was no line to wait and they had 3 technicians working as a team and they were very professional, courteous and worked well as a team. I would definitely go back to this location and in my opinion, would recommend them to others. Hope this review helps you!”
