We met with Craig at Perlora. His presentation, of the items he and I chose on a previous visit, to my husband was amazing. He was organized, had all the furniture items at hand, had drawings and renderings with the dimensions and all fabric samples to choose from. His design ideas were creative and inspiring. He sparked some ideas we had not thought of that took the purchases from plain to unique. We love working with Craig and would recommend him to anyone. Perlora is a one of a kind furnishing store. We are lucky to have them in Pittsburgh. A must see!

We have purchased several pieces of furniture from the store over the years and have been extremely satisfied with the design services, the quality of the furniture and the care and consideration of the warehouse staff. This is our go to store in Pittsburgh for high quality contemporary furniture.

Purchased American leather couch and reclining chair. Love both. The recliner cushions had a dip ( after almost three years) The service from Shawn was great. Inspected, ordered and repaired. Thank you American Leather, Matt and a big shout out to Shawn. He’s great. Service on the back end equally important as the saleThank you PerLora!

Working with Perlora, specifically Quinn at Perlora, was one of the best customer service experiences my husband and I have ever had. We had been shopping for a couch for years and decided that we wanted to invest in a heritage piece of furniture that we would have forever, but we didn't know where to begin. Quinn offered to come to our house to discuss our style, take measurements, and talk through the vision we had for our living room. We created a Pinterest board with images of our style inspiration and after his visit he sent us an email with his couch recommendations. Quinn NAILED the selection. He listened to exactly what we wanted and took note of the style of furniture we already own. Our couch arrived about 2 weeks ago and it is gorgeous! We sit on it everyday and still can't believe that it's ours. Thank you Quinn! Thank you Perlora!

I love the selection at Perlora and all the variety of fabrics and finishes to choose from. Quinn was great to work with - very pleasant, helpful and enthusiastic, but also low pressure. And the delivery went quite smoothly - real white glove service! All and all an excellent experience!

Since we were furnishing our new home, many decisons had to be made. The customer service provided by everyone at PerLora Furniture was outstanding. There was no sales pressure, and the entire team worked with us to meet our requests.Jennifer was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. She listened to our needs and wants and used her designer expertise to help us plan accordingly. She guided us along throughout the entire process effortlessly and always followed up informing us of shipping dates, delivery dates, etc. We needed to have our furniture held in storage for awhile and Sean was so accomodating. Thomas and Jimmy from the delivery team were reliable and dependable. We have recommended PerLora to others.

We are thrilled with our new living room. We got tjust what we were looking for. Our new leather sectional, chairs and tables came together in a fresh updated look that made our room the one you want to gravitate to. Jennifer really listened to what we knew we didn't want and worked to give us just what we did. She was so fun and easy to work with! We couldn't be happier with how it all came together.

Wonderful store. Ordered a table and had trouble with the tops coming in damaged but Perlora was there every step of the way standing behind the product until all was well. Anyone can sell you something but it's rare to get this kind of customer service and support.
