I bought a corn snake here for $25, which was a great price. We love the snake. She is an angel, but there was another cordon snake there with a broken back that we had to alert the the staff too

Just left this one and Casey (Mngr.) help me and the great associate Niah figure out why we didn’t have a free bag yet.
The brand we get is part of a “buy X many get one free” promotion PSP has but THERE IS NO PSP app -_- and giving your phone# doesn’t show your points (also weird it’s 2025) so we have to rely on going on the website for deals . It said we had 10 more to buy which impossible bc we are in here once a month. I showed Casey the purchase history (had exactly 12) and found out that “free one” expires (ours did a week ago -_-) which also odd . But Casey let us have the free bag . S/o to Casey and Niah for their kindness . PSP get AN APP! Or pay me to make one !! Patrons , CHECK YOUR WEBSITE AND SIGN UP FOR POINTS!!

Went in today for a grooming appointment. When we got there, my 12 year told dog got out of the car and hurt her nail. Nothing major, and honestly I didn’t even notice until there were small footprints with small amount of blood. When I checked in, I was greeted and asked to sign paperwork, where they also acted as if they couldn’t take me dog due to her rabies not being updated… which I called my vet and got proof it was up to date.
When we noticed her foot was slightly bleeding, I was urgently asked to leave and told to get her to the vet. It was a minor crack in her nail that could’ve easily been avoided in the process of a basic nail trim for the rest of her nails.
I must add that my dog is a staffordshire terrier. Today is the first day I have felt ask if the staff simply did not want to groom my dog, or really be helpful in anyway.
Will not be returning.

Took my 2 pound dog yorkie in today to be groomed for her birthday. Her appointment was as noon. Me and my wife went in to check on her at 3. We were stared at by everyone in the grooming salon until the old lady that works there asked what we wanted then proceeded to tell us our dog wasn’t started. No one told us why or told us when she would be done. I finally had to tell them I wanted my dog back. Ungroomed. She has severe anxiety being in a crate and I didn’t want her in there all day. I’m unsure what the point of an appointment is when they aren’t taking them at their appointment time.

This Pet Supplies Plus store offers a large variety of products for dogs, cats, and other small household animals. For over ten years, I have occasionally shopped here for my cats. This store sells my cats’ favorite foods. The prices are slightly higher than what some other stores charge. I appreciate how this store accepts plastic pet-food bags for recycling.
