Terrible service in the grooming department!!!!!

DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE BEHAVIOR FROM DESIREE’ and THE LEAD GROOMER WAS GROOMING A LIGHT BROWN LITTLE DOG AND A BLACK DOG WAS BEING GROOMED FURTHER BACK. They were so engrossed in their private conversation they didn’t acknowledge me. The groomer who was grooming the light brown dog said “ just because her dog is barking doesn’t mean that you bark shut up “ the person doing the intake was kind but the groomers are disgusting! Desiree was disgraceful! I called corporate twice because I had to make two complaints. And the dogs don’t deserve to be treated like that.
PLEASE DON’T TAKE YOUR DOGS THERE! Desiree and the lady with the dark hair in the black jacket were horrible rude!

Staff wouldn't assist me told me they don't have Hill science C&D for cats. The cashier is asked walked away without explaining anything he was very very rude to me and I will never return to that store for any reason and will let all my friends and family know how I was treated today!

Usually have great experiences at this location and I stopped in tonight a bit before 8 thinking that they were open until 9. I rarely go that late so I wasn’t aware their hours had changed, which was totally fine. Except I walked in and when one of the employees told me they were getting ready to close, I simply said “Oh I’m sorry I thought you closed at 9.” As I turned to walk out I heard her say in a sarcastic dismissive tone, “yeahhh we haven't closed at 9 in two years” as if I was such an idiot, who do I think I am inconveniencing this employee and what was I thinking, assuming their hours were the same as they had been for years? Definitely avoiding her at all costs next time I go. That interaction just left such a bad taste in my mouth.

Booked a grooming and arrived on-time only to be denied service by the grooming staff who “were not groomers” and overbooked their services. 0/10 would not recommend wasting your time coming here. Have never had an issue at any other PetSmart in 3+ years - go anywhere else!

Unreliable Grooming Salon!! I have showed up twice and they scheduled my dog at a time when they didn’t have a groomer or on the wrong day. The first time they knew I was coming at 8am and that they didn’t have a groomer available at that time. They rescheduled us that day at Noon. The next time they scheduled her a month later on the same day of the month (when I specifically asked for a Saturday). The groomer said that the manager would call me about the error to see when they could get her in. My dog couldn’t wait a month. I never got a call back. I live 8 minutes down the road. They could easily call me if they have a no show.

This store incorrectly claims they accept cats for grooming.
They'll schedule you for a cat grooming appointment to waste your time, but will turn you away upon arrival. Complete waste of time, would not recommend. After this I wont even come back to buy supplies. Heed my warning and find an actual experienced animal groomer instead of a silly corporate chain that refuses to do the job.

Was told they do not match prices yet I have a screen shot of their policy. Also the last time I was in they wouldn’t owner their own deal listed on the price tags on the shelves. They stated it was only food items, both items I purchased and the same BOGO tag with no stipulations or disclaimers on them. seems to only be an issue with this location!
I’ll be going to other stores from now on!

Disappointing, lazy, and rude staff. I have used this salon a few times and have been disappointed each time. The staff are inflexible with times, and look for reasons to turn you and your pet away. I will not be going back, I’ll drive 30 mins out to the Mills location instead.

Went to get my dog a veggie stick today because he hasn’t had one in months and he loves them I asked where the veggie sticks were. She tells me they’re in the back in the room because they’re getting counted for inventory. OK so I asked the manager oh so I cant buy a veggie stick the manager says unfortunately not we have to count them for inventory but then says inventory was already counted. So wait I’m confused. Inventory is already been counted but I still can’t Buy one I just wanted one !!! They need new managers. Everybody Acts like they don’t know nothing you asked them or something. They don’t know!!!!! Next, I’m calling corporate !!!! It’s always something with Petsmart!!!

Prices are high. I went on a weekday. It wasn't busy. Have a great selection and is well stocked. My dog and I were welcomed . Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful.
