I just love popping in here and talking fashion with Jackie! Shes so kind and knowledgeable. She pulls in some fantastic pieces and it's always such a treasure hunt when I stop in! I love that she has a separate rack for all of her high-end pieces. Definitely a must-stop in Pittsburgh for designer resale!

I have found some fabulous bags here. She really knows her stuff and does an excellent job. I love vintage Coach and she has carried some really amazing ones. I can only drive by here so often - it’s too tempting! Which is a great problem!

I'm actually from Ohio and was meeting a friend for breakfast down the street. While waiting, I strolled a little and saw the cutest skirt EVER in the window and had to have it! Unfortunately it was way too early and the shop was closed. I was actually leaving for Dayton right after breakfast so I called later inquiring about the skirt. The owner was super nice and let me pay over the phone so my friend could pick it up for me. She even stayed late after close for my friend!! She was so nice and helpful and accommodating! The next time we visit Pittsburgh, I will definitely be back so I can see what else I can find there! Thank you!!

Hands down one of the very best consignment stores in Pittsburgh! Jackie, the owner, is so fun and has amazing taste! I always find something that I can't live without. Also, items that have been in the store longer than 30 days have some sort of discount attached, which is great because it allows me to buy multiple pieces a lot of the time. Definitely support this store, especially if you love finding great deals on pre-owned designer pieces!

Love this resale shop as a seller and a buyer. The owner is efficient and friendly and you can find upscale things you don't see at other consignment shops.

Phoenix Boutique is a fantastic shopping experience. The owner has a great eye and has created a very curated consignment boutique.Prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the merchandise is fantastic. Some of the items have never been worn, and those that are secondhand are clean and without signs of wear.Basics, coats, handbags, jewellery, accessories, dresses, skirts, denim, shoes... Everything is here!Check back frequently, as you never know what you may find -- or what item you coveted is now discounted.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning after I parked right in front of this place to grab coffee nearby. I can rarely resist a secondhand store. The store space is small but they have a fair amount to select from, going from mall brands to high end. The store owner was pleasant. I tried on a couple things and ended up buying a cute LOFT dress for work. I'm excited to wear it and I was happy to support a small business. My only complaint is that there was a lack of bigger sizes, almost no XL to speak of. There was only one size 14 I saw in the whole store and it was a pair of pants I tried on. I still managed to find something, just had to dig a bit.

Oh was this exciting! I loved every minute of shopping here. GREAT selections and prices, which are decreased with time. I bought the cutest flowing pants and a short little black sweater to wear with the pants. I have been looking for nice belts and how lucky it was.... They had a black and a brown. I just bought the black today, and maybe the price for the brown will be less the next time. B-E-S-T buy, a black felt fedora. I just said this morning to my husband that I wanted a black fedora. How great was this..... he saw it and said there you go! Can't wait to go back!!! I think everyone should go, at least once.

I haven’t found a resale clothing shop that I’ve loved as much as my hometown Everyday People (St Paul, MN) as I’ve loved this spot!I was visiting from out of town and walking around the neighborhood on a super hot and sunny day. My outfit was making me over-heated, so I tried finding a spot to buy a new outfit, when I found this spot. Not only did I find an amazing dress, but it was an amazing price. And the owner was so so nice! If I ever make it back to Pittsburgh, I will definitely make an effort to stop back in.
