I received an email stating that my package was delivered yesterday at around 12:00pm but when I went to check my front door and mailbox it was NOT there. Where’s my package? Please return the item back to me in a timely manner.

I wish I could rate ZERO STARS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I pre-paid $100 for postage through Sendpro, and then your entire site went down. It is impossible to get in touch with a live voice to see what is going on. It has been three days, and no one has returned a call or email. My money is tied up and I cant send anything nor access my funds. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!

Pitney Bowes needs to go. The whole company is worthless. I don't know how they still exist. EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE that is handled by them is late by over a week or never gets picked up from customs. Every. Single. One.

Placed an order in mid August, last update was August 24 saying my shipment shipped, but no further updates. Still nothing by end of September. Worst shipping company ever.

Scam. Bank account charged a ton of money from this company. Call to dispute charges they say there’s nothing they can do. Sat on the phone for 2 hours. Transferred multiple times. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT do anything involving this company.

I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve had multiple shipments come up missing when they are sent to this company. I had to have one order resent and they used them again!! Guess what? Didn’t get it either.

I live in western Pa. I ordered a pair of shoes at the beginning of the month from adidas.com. The shoes departed New Jersey on the 11th. They were sent to Indiana and have been stuck there ever since. I find it kinda strange that they went past Pennsylvania on the way to Indiana. The truck probably drove past my house in order to get there. If I would have known this, I would have waved, cuz I'm not going to be seeing them in time for Christmas. They were suppose to be a gift. I guess I'll print out the tracking info and wrap it instead. Thanks Pitney Bowes!

It is now the 28th of December. Pitney Bowes claims that the package has been in my hometown's usps facility since the 22nd. I called usps, and the package has never been in their system. Adidas.com is barely helpful, I have to wait three more days for them to investigate what happened to my package. I'm so mad I can't even see straight. We are living in a time when just about every retail chain has closed down. We are now dependent on ordering shoes and clothing online. I can't believe that a big brand company like Adidas chooses a trash company to do business with!!
