I have been with them for about a year and every one makes it feel like family. I have had just about everyone in the office help or educate me in some way.The perks they offer for being a member are outstanding.I would recommend this credit union to anyone that can become a member.Also if you are a member look into the perks and offers you can receive!

Love this credit union, they really care about their members. Since I joined they have given options on how to increase my credit score, and money management. They also helped with an overdraft issue.The team is always so helpful Rachel, Heather, Jackie,Tom, Marie, Brenda, Karen and Chantel are the best

It doesn’t feel the same anymore. I have been banking here since the Martin Building Days. I have seen the transformations over 50 years. The staff are not as warm as they once were. I don’t feel special anymore when I come in. I feel more like a burden or an interruption in someone’s day. I don’t really care for some of the new policies as well as many of the fees that are imposed now. I know things change but I have been a member since I was 8 years old. Coming to the CU with my father. It’s sort of sad in a way There are still good people working there but the sense of family that on compromised the CU. Is long gone. It is still a good place to bank

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. There’s no way my close friend and his siblings who just lost their mother should have been forcibly removed with the police called in them. Be without having their mothers things taking care of. They were very unprofessional and rude, when they are the reason things got mixed up and they didn’t want to fix it. Please do something about this ASAP or we will be forced to go to the media and our lawyers. Since they didn’t have a problem throwing my friends and his family out in their time of grieving we don’t have a problem helping y’all closed down. Thank you
