1. I sprain my wrist and they refused to put my account on hold. 2. They keep charging my card the monthly fee and there is no way to cancel my subscription. Their billing is very arbitrary.

The first time I ever tried kickboxing was here in 2019, and it was so much fun that my now-wife and I signed up to be members and came to classes regularly for a few months. The trainers were extremely personable and the classes were a great mix of fun and challenging. We still have our gear and intend to come back sometime in the future.

I joined Pittsburgh Punch only a couple of months ago and very happy I did! I once was very active but fell off the last couple of years and these classes at Punch have really been helping me reach my strength/fitness goal again. The coaches are very fun and always give so much positive reinforcement during the work outs too- which is always a plus :)!

I struggled with my body image for a long time that I finally had had enough. Boxing has made such an impact on my life. Helped my physical and mental health, boost my confidence and genuine friends. The environment is my favorite thing in the world and my therapy.

Great place, great coaches, great workouts! I’ve been going to Punch for over 4 years now and I can honestly say it’s the best gym I’ve ever been a part of!

Our experience with Pittsburgh Punch Boxing club was exceptionally poor. The management of this club are conniving and use unethical practices. My two children attended Punch for their youth boxing class. They did enjoy the instructor, but gained very little from the class. I alerted Punch that my children would no longer be able to attend their normal Thursday evening class due to a schedule conflict and gave them the 30 days notice they ask for. I was billed the following day for the next month of lessons. That following Thursday there was a bad snow storm and I alerted Punch that my children would not be able to attend class that evening due to inclement weather only to find out that the class day had changed. To my surprise I kindly requested a refund since this new day would not work with our childrens current schedule and we would be unable to attend the month of classes I just paid for. I received an extremely unprofessional email in return stating that they do not give refunds. So if I could give this company 0 stars in a review I would. I am a small business owner myself and I would never think to treat my clients so poorly and use such unethical practices. I would and will continue to discourage anyone from supporting this facility.

I’ve only been going to Punch for a little over a month now and I have to leave since I am relocating to North Carolina. But even in that small amount of time, I felt like I was part of a community. The coaches do a great job explaining the workouts and providing support along the way. Every person at the gym is so nice and welcoming! I’ve been to other gyms (including CrossFit) and it just never made me feel like I “belonged”, but not with Punch! I even got a couple friends to sign up and they love it, too. I highly recommend this gym to anyone that is ready to push themselves and be a part of a gym that is welcoming of everyone!

I have had a membership with Pittsburgh Punch for a-little less than a year at this point and I absolutely have loved it . You see real results while taking their classes and on top of that it's fun. They are also extremely affordable they offer a way for their members to once again see real results in their workouts why not breaking your bank account. Everyone is also extremely nice and helpful. Very great business I cannot recommend them enough.

I’ve wait a month and a half before writing my review because I always get excited the first week at a new place. Punch is truly incredible. I’ve gone to so many places that I never felt truly comfortable at; my first class I didn’t feel anyones eyes on me, judging me, at all. The coaches are friendly and encouraging and truly want to help me learn and achieve my own goals. I don’t feel pressured to meet a standard goal but encouraged to set my own and blow past them. I’ve wanted to find a sport that was fun but also grew my self confidence and Punch has been helping me achieve this.

I started going to Punch in early 2019 as a New Year's resolution to try something new & outside of my "comfort zone" (e.g. working out in a gym). I'd never thrown a punch in my life before going to this gym. The owners and staff at Punch made me feel comfortable immediately. The kickboxing classes I attended were a fantastic workout and increased my energy and confidence in general. The instructors take time to orient you, teach you proper techniques, and ensure you are getting the most out of your workout. I haven't made a full return to the activities I did before COVID, but I'll definitely be back!

I was reluctant to join when I saw it was a boxing fitness club, but I wanted to try. So, I took their trial lessons and it's 6 months now and I never looked back. They are professional, they make exercise fun, and everyday here is killing, but exciting and very rewarding. They have changed my view towards fitness where I no longer take it as a chore but enjoy and look forward to it. Will highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an exciting journey towards fitness.

Pittsburgh punch has been one of a kind find for fitness in da 'burg. I've tried traditional gyms and consulting (private) health coaches, but none has worked as effectively as this place has. You get a 45-60 min workout which ranges from HIIT to strength. Plus their bonus sessions at times keeps everything interesting. You get to be a self starter, a beast and at the end of the day - boss of your own temple.Needless to say the price is worth it.
