I am total disapointed in PNC bank. I was directed to write letter to PNC channel services its been well over a month no response. I went to local bank and questioned what's going on and was told THEY CAN NOT COMMUNICATE WITH CHANNEL SERVICES DUE TO SECURITY REASONS. whoever heard of a branch that cant communicate with COBRANCH to help a customer. I have been weighing options to change banks for 2 years I am finally fed up with their nonsense. ALSO I have never recieved so many BLOCK ONLINE PURCHASES From other banks It's like I am asking permission to spend MY MONEY. Yes I am changing bank as soon as I can.

I was directed to write to PNC Channel Services by PNC head office. i am a Canadian Citizen & I have an an account with a balance at the PNC Bank at Champions Gate in Davenport FL. The last time I spent the winter in Florida was 2018 so the account has been inactive since then. In the past I was able to log on to find my balance. Recently when I tried to log on as I have done in the past it would not recognize my I.D. and Password because it did recognize the computer i was using. It is the same computer I have used to log in in the past. I called head office at 1-888-762-2265 and was told they could not validate me as the owner of the account as changes had been made to their system. They referred me to PNC Channel Services & advised that I write to them to explain my situation. I wrote to PNC Channel Services in November 2021 explaining my situation and have not had the courtesy of a reply. When I googled PNC.com and PNC Channel Services for a phone number the number provided [412-471-1380] on their website is announced as "not in service" I find it very strange that a legitimate account holder cannot be recognized by any of the departments of the PNC Organization. I was told by head office that the only way I could retrieve my balance was to appear in person at the Bank in Davenport Florida. Strange way to do business!!!! Patricia McL

PNC ethics to employees is horrible and racial targeting. They harass all the employees if same family. Don't bank at this Bank and they are ruining the image of PA & Philadelphia- The Liberty Bell. Targeting any employee who has family like - Wife and Husband or Mother and Child or Father and Son.

PNC BANK IS A Terrible company. I have a business account with with PNC bank more than 12 years. when I try to apply PPE loan 5 month ago PNC BANK IS NOT accepting applications. Also every days we have been checking their web site and calling to PNC bank we have no help yet for Paycheck Protection Program (PPP)We recommends please DO NOT conduct business with PNC bank

I will never open an account with them nor will I ever deal with them again. They are very racist and in fact, I have a discrimination lawsuit pending on them. I’ve applied for a job with this company 3 times! I have enough experience to qualify for the position but because I am an African American I didn’t get offered the position. With this company it doesn’t matter how enthusiastic you are about any particular position. It doesn’t matter how much experience you have that may consider you a valid candidate for the position, as long as you are an African American, they will not hire you. They’ll have you get your hopes up just to shatter them. Over the phone they seem excited to speak with you regarding the position. However, in person when they see that you are in fact not someone of their kind, they’ll then decide to go with another candidate. In other words, someone of their kind. Again, I do have a discrimination lawsuit pending. Because it shouldn’t matter my race or ethnicity, if I have well enough experience to qualify for a position, I shouldn’t be overlooked because of the color of my skin.

I've had fantastic service with PNC. I've been with them for years. I don't know what people are talking about with fees. I have overdraft protection I get reimbursed for atm fees from all atms. I would give 5 star but no atmosphere at this building.

One of the first green buildings in Pittsburgh (2000). Modular interior allows the building management reconfigure the space to fit any business needs. I enjoy the natural lighting that fills the work space from numerous windows. This is a very pleasant place to work.
