PNC Bank lies to its customers and they are willfully negiligent. They dont give rip about not one customer they have. All we are names and currency on a board. DO NOT USE THIS BANK AND IF YOU HAVE ACCOUNTS here LEAVE ASAP!

Quite possibly the nastiest, most awful customer service I have ever encountered anywhere. The two women (Kristina & I never caught the other woman's name) at the front who met with us were extremely rude, condescending, and completely indifferent to our situation. In addition, one of them continuously rolled her eyes and made snarky comments under her breath about how she couldn't understand my dad's accented English. She was slightly more polite to me (the one without an accent...) but her dismissive and indifferent attitude made it glaringly obvious that our problem was of no concern to her. Both the women clearly thought we were beneath them and their time, despite the fact the bank was mostly empty at 10 am. My parents, despite being loyal customers of over 10+ years, have never experienced such belittling behavior at any other branch or at any other bank. We left feeling extremely disrespected and unsatisfied by PNC's services. Don't come to this branch unless you want your morning ruined by uncaring and unhelpful employees.

I have a business account at this bank. I was trying to stop payment on money being moved from PNC to QuickBooks. Because it was done wrong and we wanted the opposite. Money to go from QuickBooks to PNC. After a total of 4 calls to branches they said the could not help me. They kept forwarding me to another department to help stop payment. Every time they would forward me there the system would not let me select the correct option. After four times I gave up with still no one to help me stop payment. I recommend S & T Bank. I’m going to close all my PNC Bank accounts in the next couple days and get out of there.

One of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. Rotten customer service. Very difficult to withdraw money. I feel sorry for the people who have to work there. It is actually legal to charge a person $25 to close their account? Don't bank here.

Worst customer service ever. Canceled my current card before the new one arrived. When I contacted them about this, they said the card was mailed to the incorrect address and it showed that USPS had sent it back. Yet, at no time was I contacted to be informed about this. This was a week ago. I'm still without a card and have A LOT of bills to pay. The neglect on their side shows what a shitty company this is. They don't even issue tempory cards for the mailing wait time! I have money in my account that I cannot access due to the piss poor customer service. Do not bank with these criminals!

I opened n account only to end up closing it in less than a month. No free checks when the account is opened. Their fees are also ridiculous which were never disclosed at the start.
