Go somewhere else if you'd like your problem resolved. The staff couldn't have been nicer (hence the stars they did receive,) but they look you in the face and tell you they can help you and then they just... don't? I had an hour long appointment to resolve an issue, filed a bunch of paperwork, they told me it was fixed, and then 5 months later I find out (via an unrelated phone call to PNC) that it was never done? And of course I was never notified... When I called the branch again to see what happened, an assistant manager tells me I should just open new accounts. I guess my problem is less with the branch and more of PNC's nonsensical policies and hoop-jumping requirements.

Extremely unhelpful bank. I went to have an issue with payment verification and first they told me to just call customer service. Not only would that have made my trip to the branch a complete waste, but it also did not work. They then got a "banker" to help me and he said that the issue was cleared up. That was not true. The issue persists. Would not recommend. They were lazy and just wanted to get people out the door.

A fee to cash a pnc bank check is preposterous.

Avoid doing business with these guys. They have no accountability of their poor communication and mistakes. They withdrew my mortgage twice and caused a bunch of overdraft and bounce check fees. Instead of waiving a $25 dollar fee, they turned it around and told me that the "autodraft" that was setup on my account wouldn't show up on the PNC website. How would I know there was an autodraft setup on my behalf if the website doesn't show it?

Poor Customer Service. I've been going to this location for several years. As of lately it's always understaffed, considering the busy bustling location on Walnut street. They always send me outside to the ATM to withdrawal cash in exchange for quarters to save themselves the "paperwork". As far as I'm concerned this is their job as a teller. To then have to come back in and get in the back of the line after already waiting. C'mon PNC !

While the staff is friendly, more than once they have made errors that had to be corrected. Make sure you give yourself sufficient time and double check everything! Everyone is human, and mistakes happen, but these mistakes can cost you!

Fast and professional experience with a hospitable atmosphere. I went to this location to set up a new account with PNC, my wait time was nice & quick, the staff were also very accommodating. My bank teller was Jeffrey Rask and he assisted me with everything I needed.Thank you

This Bank is one of the best banks in the P.N.C, branches in Pittsburgh .Every one is very helpful in my needs . the tellers are super friendly . They even give treats for your dogs. William Luger a employee with the branch has been especially great in helping me with my accounts . He has given me many money saving tips on paying off my credit cards , and improving my credit score . He can do that for you .So If your looking for a great bank to bank with ,look no further than P.N.C.

I had a heartbreaking experience with PNC and this branch. The staff asked for my student ID and forgot to gave me back. When I came back, the second day morning, they said they've already thrown it! The staff was very unfriendly and had no apologize attitude. She said we've destroyed and thrown it, you can just ask you school to reissue, said arrogantly. I was really heartbreaking, I cannot reissue my ID because the school office closed due to the pandemic. This is student ID with all my building access, bus card, financial account, insurance in it, not something that can be easily thrown. I couldn't image why they can do this. They said they "tried" to contact me but actually I didnt got any phone call. This branch is not caring for the customers at all, no sense of responsibility.

I have no problems with PNC itself but this branch is very rasict. I have been with this bank since 2016 and usually would use the branch in the waterfront but started using this branch when the giant eagle branch closed. My first experience was not bad but since then some snobby ladies help me through the drive thru and 1 even so me about another person on my account if I'm showing you my license and debit card with my name why are you worried about someone else on my account that is not issued on a check written to my name. Then I cash my checks because they are pnc checks and the teller instead of chasing and depositing my check as I requested chooses to only deposit my check and not cash it. I promise I will be making s very big complaint about this branch and will state to them in person how disappointed and dissatisfied I am with thier service.
