There are groups of kids constantly waiting to rob people at the atm. The other atm in carrick is always broken. Switching banks because this one isn’t safe. Pnc is a joke

The overweight guy with the tattoos doesn't know his job or just wants to be a lazy pos. Went in to take my name off me and my wife's account and he told me you can't do it without closing the account. Told him I just talked to a branch banker on the phone and they told me I could. So drove out to PNC by South Hills village and was taken care of by Brian Ator immediately. Everything was taken care of.

Any time you come here they’ve got 2-3 bankers just chilling doing nothing and then 1 teller with a line out the door. Huge waste.

I have never been treated so rude by the employees. They are disrespectful they talk to you like somebody out on the street they have no business etiquette and I would advise for nobody to go to that one

This is the closest PNC Bank Branch Office from my house. It's not a bad bank, however it's a small bank and they have a limit to how much cash you can take out at this bank. But otherwise, the teller and consultants at this branch are always nice. They have a parking lot in front, and two ATM machines outside.

Unprofessional staff they don't want give my money try protect her us manager and teller was super ruse racist and mean banker i ever met in my life i wish never come and know you I regret i open account in PNC i will cancel and open in Chase they are best and professional!!!
