Horrible customer service, the management team will not help nor call you back, even if they tell you they will. They pushed a $10k transaction through that was in error and told us it was because we are valued customer. "Valued customers"??? You value us that much to push a disputed transaction through without sufficient funds. But if I make a $100 purchase without the funds you decline. PNC your logic doesn't align. We're very disappointed the level of effort this branch and PNC as a whole have given us to our situation.

After a week without my charge card I got a call from people in my condo in Florida that FedX left an envelope on the walkway in front of my door. I ask a friend to open it and there were my charge cards. So now they said they would overnight then to the branch office. It's 1:30 on Saturday and the bank closes at 2:00pm and still no charge card. THE INCOMPETENCE IS UNBELIEVABLE!!! I'm so finished with this Philadelphia Bank. Ever since they moved their headquarters to Philadelphia the service is terrible in Pittsbugh.

PINACLE Treasury Services. If PNC tries to sell you this service ... do not do it. That is unless you want to suffer through failed logins every month, unresponsive customer service and poor security. It is absolutely the worse banking service I have ever experienced in forty years.

I have had business account for years and all I need was new debit because my chip was loose. Said there was 1 hour wait. This is why I have a key bank business account as well and final straw with PNC as I will start moving over and closing account after having for 14 years

I've been using PNC for almost 10 years, two of which have been at the Mt Nebo location. I ran into problems immediately when I opened up my business bank account. Since opening the account I have had constant issues with representatives 1) not calling me back, causing me to have to call and complain multiple times, 2) not providing accurate paperwork that I needed in order to run my business smoothly, and 3) forcing me to make appointments to have basic questions answered and then making me wait long periods of time to be seen. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but have been met with continued disappointment over the past two years. I've decided to take my business elsewhere after they began charging me monthly fees and not calling me back when I inquired about the nature of the $15 service fee.

The drive through line has been 10 cars deep for weeks. I called in and recommended they manage it like Chick Fil A and have someone come out to the cars in line and take care of customers. There used to be 3 drive through lanes now reduced to one with two of the original converted to ATM only. Some transactions can't be done at the ATM
