I went there for pedicure and manicure. They did a very bad job. Most of my nails and toe nail were bleeding. They didn’t even say sorry and blamed it on my skin being dry. Also they charged me in full.

This place is seriously the best! I won’t go anywhere else from now on. My gel manicure has lasted over a month without a single chip or any issues as my nails have grown out. Kevin is an artist. Highly recommend! Staff were friendly and space was clean.

Came here for a gel manicure and pedicure with my mom. (Hadn’t been before). Everyone working here is super friendly and ready to help you pick out a color when you’re unsure. I have a wedding to go to this weekend & needed something neutral/pink. I got the perfect colors from their recommendations! Will be back for sure!

Best place to get nails done! Kevin did my nails and he was terrific! Told him I wanted a pink nails with a glitter accent nail and he perfected it! First time here and will definitely be back!

Pro nails is the best spot in Pittsburgh! Annie is very accommodating and always gets me in on short notice. Everyone at the spa has done my nails in one form or another and the quality is impeccable. Today, I had a really bad day and I messaged Annie. She got me in at my preferred time. I had a great conversation with my nail tech, Kevin. He always recommends me colors and goes above and beyond by helping me sample and choose colors. He even remembers colors I’ve chosen before! I’ve been to numerous salons in The North Hills and nothing compares to Annie and her family!

I have been going here since 2021 and Pro Nails always gives the best experience. Annie always gives me the most beautiful nails and she's always quick while giving the best quality, as well as being affordable. My nails always last long and she can do all the trendy designs...I could not recommend Pro Nails enough!

Two stars only because the nail tech that did my manny pedi was very friendly and helpful and did a good job. Her name is Jen. But the greeting I received as a new customer was very rude. Not friendly. Place is filthy! Pedicure chairs are all torn. This owner cannot afford to be rude to anyone. She obviously doesn’t care about her shop. Never going back.

Stylist: Gave this place several tries and the older woman that works there has an obvious language barrier, therefore doesn't understand what you say to her, it's very frustrating.

I have been going here for a few years now and they are always top notch! Always clean, always friendly. I mainly get pedicures and they are the best of the best. The gel nails I have had done there have also been 10/10. Highly recommended!
