After several disappointing experiences with other contractors and suppliers, Jamie Pelcharsky and Dominique Stoner at Prosource in Monroeville really came through for us. We wanted kitchen counter tops that fit our personal style rather than mirroring cookie-cutter models. They got what we were going for immediately, made it happen and even suggested touches that enhanced the look we wanted. Every company and craftsman they recommended to supply materials and to do the work was professional and pleasant to work with. Jamie knows her design stuff and Dominique worked tirelessly to find us the right people and materials. They made our kitchen renovation a pleasant and efficient process.

Excellent experience with LVP purchase for my first floor. Dominique was wonderful to work with and found the other employees with whom I came in contact very helpful.

As a business owner, I cannot say enough about the exceptional level of customer service that I continually receive from my account representative, David Haibeck. As an independent interior designer, having quality relationships with my vendors and wholesalers is imperative to the long-term success of my company as well as my projects in general. David's level of commitment to my account is evident. He always goes above and beyond for me to ensure that my materials arrive on time and that orders are exact as specified. His dedication to Prosource is apparent as well, I'm guilty of often reaching out to him after hours, as I work around the clock, (not expecting to receive a response till the next day), but David always answers back within minutes. His work-ethic is top-notch, which is likely why we work so well together! In truth, the entire team there; Ed, Todd, Keith and Dominique all go above and beyond in assisting my needs should David be off or away. The level of teamwork this crew demonstrates is outstanding. Really nice selection and quality products. Evening hours on Tuesday and Thursday are also helpful for clients who work during the day. Saturday hours would also be helpful. Our salesperson Keith was very knowledgeable about the products, but his customer service on the phone and initially in the store is not very inviting. He does warm up once you are working with him. Regardless, our experience at Prosource Monroeville so far has been very good.

Keith did an excellent job helping us select tiles for our 2 bathroom showers. He was very professional and made the process easy for us. I would highly recommend ProSource to my friends and family.

Worked with Dominique to purchase vinyl plank flooring for a kitchen and dining area. She was a pleasure to work with helping me select flooring samples and made it easy to complete the purchase. Received a fair price and excellent quality flooring.

Dave was super helpful and explained everything to us in what to look for in Coretec flooring. Answered our questions and let us look around and never pressured us. He allowed us to take some large samples home to get an idea of what might work for our floor. Great service and product.

First went in to look at bathroom sinktop samples. Found what we wanted but the countertop person was not there to provide a quote and I was told to call back and make an appt. Okay, did that & waited a week for the appt. Went on the scheduled date, found what we wanted and was told a quote would be sent in 24-48 hours. It was not. I called and was told the countertop person was on vacation due to a birth in the family. Waited another 2 weeks and stopped in. I was told she lost my email address. I provided it again and was told she would send that day. After another week with no response I bought from another supplier.I realize I was not entering into a high dollar kitchen redo but... if this place can't handle a bathroom sink I absolutely was not going to use them when we redid our kitchen.

The Manager, and staff have always been positive, and helpful with anything I’ve needed. Their warehouse staff is also 1st rate. I appreciate ProSource.
