So I had an appointment at 2 40 on a Thursday. The women who was there was RUDE. She tried to force me to be okay with her taking a different patient at my SCHEDULED time. I then informed her that if it was gonna take 5 mins thats fine but I was on my lunch break and I would have to leave eventually to get back to work. I didnt schedule online for their convenience to be treated like a walk in. She then proceeded to call the other patients back and rolled her eyes. Then 5 seconds later they comes back out and she rudely calls me back. I get into the room and she just has all kinds of hate in her voice and body language asking mewhat am I 'even' there for, I then responded some kinda of test, my doctor issued it please check your computer for details. She makes NO attempt to lok at the computer and then took my insurance and told me in the rudest possible manner to go get started on peeing because she doesn't have time to wait on me all day. I have never come into contact with someone so hateful to other people because they couldn't keep up with there appointment l. I wont be back to that location I'll have my PCP send the orders to another location.

While the ability to keep the office staffed leaves something to be desired, the phlebotomist(s) are always extremely friendly, courteous, professional, and efficient in processing your labs and with providing any information/answers to any questions that you may have.

I highly recommend going to a different location (not Jane St) if you have to be at work or another commitment as they do not open on time ( see other poor reviews). I was there at 6:55am when they open at 7am. Myself along with 2 other patients were waiting to get in. I started calling their number posted on the door at 7:05am but kept getting a busy signal. FINALLY at 7:18am a car pulled into the parking lot who happened to be the worker. She didn’t apologize for being late and stated does everyone have an appointment. The other two patients did and I did not. She didn’t even step foot into the building to even look at the schedule and said I am not seeing you. I said what, I have been here for almost 25 minutes and you are late. I did raise my voice as I was extremely upset at this point. She stated she is not late. I said you are, your first and second appointment are here as they stated what times their appointments were (7:10 and 7:20). She then argued with me again that she is not late and she had to drive all the way from Moon. I told her that is her problem and not mine. Which it ended up being my problem because now I was refused to get service since she was already 2 patients behind. I asked for her name. Her name is Victoria. Victoria has no customer service skills along with time management skills. The fact she did not try to make it right when she was in the wrong for being late then telling me she was not but making an excuse about drive she has. I am pretty sure most employers or other doctors office would Give a hard time for being 20 minutes late and then refusing the customer service because of something that was YOUR own fault. I understand people have bad days and things happen, but this seems to be the acceptance of the company for their employees to arrive to work late quite frequently. Stay away and drive 7-10 minutes to the next closest quest. I can’t see them staying open with employing VICTORIA or others like her.

The person I always forgot her name she has pink hair. I always loved going down there for her she always was very nice and took my blood easy. But this new person that I met she was very good very nice and no mark on my arm today. Very happy

Arrived for an 11:00 apt. and facility was closed! No one bothered to call to inform me and it cost me an Access trip for nothing!!!
