The lab tech was wonderful. However, your process and time constraints with patients seem to be very flawed. I had to have a significant number of tests drawn and the tech was working as fast as he possibly could.

My experience on April 25, 2024 was excellent. I arrived about 10 minutes early, registered at the kiosk, and was promptly called for my appointment. My phlebotomist(Dawn Marie) is a superb technician. She is always pleasant and carries on an excellent conversation while drawing the blood specimen.

The lab was clean, the staff was kind and efficient, but I did not get over half of my lab results in three weeks, which I assumed was plenty of time before seeing my annual specialist. I received no response to a message that I left, and my specialist was unable to get the results. I paid my copay, and I will be fighting for a refund.

Would give this place 0 stars if possible made me travel an hour for them to be closed at 8:22PM, when the website states 24hr services. What a waste of gas and time!!!!

Never had a problem with Quest. The people who work in all the Quest centers I've had my blood taken at, have been professional, friendly, considerate, and great at their job. And they all seemed to love their job. I go to no other place for blood work except Quest.

I have been tested for Covid 19, I needed my results.I called 6 times the only person that help me was the second one. She escalated so that I would get the results earlier. Then nothing happened. I called back 4 times but these other persons couldn’t even find my file or said they couldn’t help me.They refuse to tell me the location or the direct phone number of the lab. So why are we asked for being tested if they can’t provide the service on time.
