there was a container with fresh urine from unknown origin sitting by the counter. the person doing my blood draw had extremely loud music blasting through her airpods the whole time, i could hear it from across the room.

The Phlebotomist I saw was very friendly and put me at ease, I do not like needles. She was also professional and experienced, I do not have a giant bruise on my arm like I normally do after getting blood drawn. She was a newer hire and definitely a good one!
