Reminder that e-Check In means zero customer service until your appointment starts.
The staff are plenty nice. However, *none* of them are hired specifically for customer service. That role doesn't exist. The staff here are certainly excellent at their job, but that job is *not* customer service.
Customer Service is being greeted when you walk in. Someone whose entire role is make human decisions about customer needs during the entire experience. At this location there is no human employee to talk to until your visit begins.

Absolutely incompetent. My husband had to travel for two tests and they gave him 0 information that he needed beforehand and he wasn't able to get the tests done. I don't understand how this place evens functions. And when asked why they didn't help they just stared at him? Ridiculous.

The service was fast but rushed. From the moment I got called to do my lab testing I received nothing but attitude from the tech. My appointment was for 11:40am and I arrived at 11:45 I was about 5 mins late due to me not feeling well on the way in to the office. I was told that I need to be early and that I caused them to stay an extra hour because I was the last one tested and this site closed at 12pm. The whole experience was awful and I wanted to leave as quick as possible because of the pure rudeness and attitude I received. I have never had such a bad experience at quest until this appointment.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. I was able to go to a location near my office. Check-in was a breeze. I was called back exactly at my scheduled appointment time. The phlebotomist did a perfect stick -- didn't feel a thing. Everything was very fast and easy.

The person who drew blood for me, could not have been nicer. She was super courteous and upbeat, and I could barely even feel the needle. I don’t know what happened to people in the past, but I think this facility is clean and efficient and really friendly.

When we schedule an appointment, we never have to wait to see a technician. They withdraw blood painlessly every time. Always very polite and welcoming!!

My daughter had a 7:10 am appointment. She showed up, and they had no record of her appointment. The absolutely obnoxious technicians would not draw her blood. Not exactly sure what their problem is, but I have yet to find a Quest where the staff is not completely incompetent.
