I was disappointed to find only metered parking, which only allowed up to 2 hours on the meter, when my test was to take at least 2 hours! I was stressed about the possibility of getting a ticket.
The touch screen device in the lobby/waiting room was not operating well and caused me, and others after me, to experience difficulty registering our arrival. Unfortunately, since there is no receptionist, there is no one to assist those experiencing problems. One customer had to make a phone call to resolve her check-in problem. I suppose it's a financial issue, but customer service by REAL people, not with AI like on the phone, would be nice. Call me old-fashioned...
The staff was fine and did what they had to do well, so it's not their fault about the rest!

The Quest facility in Sq. Hill is so convenient and there is always parking. I was surprised when they were closed a few weeks and afraid they weren't going to reopen. It's so nice having such a place so close to me. I would hate to lose them. The staff is good and I had no wait! It was a good visit!

This Quest location is convenient and clean - staff is friendly and professional. I always make a reservation on line, and I've always been seen promptly at the scheduled time. Highly recommend!

Two great visits to this place. The providers were very kind and professional. The second visit involved blood work for our baby — tricky! Especially after traumatic experiences elsewhere. But they handled it very well, and we were out of the lab in no time! Big thanks!

I’m unable to rate Quest in Squirrel Hill. I arrived at 11:50am but the young lady locked the door as she told me they close at 12:00n. I was unaware they close at 12n Mondays. Just want to inform everyone.

Catch this one. I had an appointment for July 3 in the morning. It was scheduled online. When I got to this location, the place was closed. It’s at least closed through Monday the seventh. However, it is not clear from the signage that it’s ever going to be open. Their notification is deficient. On top of all of this I received no notification ever that the lamp was going to be closed when I arrived there and saw that it was closed. I immediately went to the Quest Diagnostics on Central Avenue. The phlebotomist came out to take one of the patients was toothless. I told her my flight she brushed me off Saying she’s not responsible for them being closed. I got the same reaction from another rather hefty phlebotomist who is as rude as can be. So much for Quest Diagnostics .

I scheduled an appointment online and when I arrived checked in via my phone. Unlike the horror stories I'd heard, I was paged for service within 10 minutes!
The phlebotomist was professional and friendly too.
