the staff was very nice and professional. but it is imposable to speak to someone on the phone or prior to your appointment

I arrived 10min early for appointment time. 1 person in waiting area and 1 in the back Took other person in and out. Sat there and sat there and finally 10 minutes after appointment time at 2:20 pm was called back

I scheduled via the app. I showed up early and was taken before my appointment time. The nurse was very nice, reassuring, and found my tiny vein easily. They seem to be fully staffed now, and I hope this improves others' experience moving forward.
