YOU HAVE SO MANY OTHER OPTIONS TO GET YOUR BLOODWORK DONE! DON’T GO TO QUEST!!!
I was a half hour early for my appointment. I was asked into the room, but the tech, a loud, miserable woman said they don’t have my prescription. So I called my Dr’s office, whose office manager told me she anlready faxed the prescription, but she immediately faxed it a second time. But the woman told me that it takes 3-4 hours to receive the fax. I told her that I could drive to my Dr’s office and get the prescription faster, and she swatted back that’s what I should do, and she had no time for “My Problem”! She wanted to embarrass me in front of a full waiting room, but she only managed to embarrass herself. Never going back!

Worst place to get your blood drawn. The thin blonde lady with the glasses is incredibly rude and has an awful attitude. Go anywhere else but here.

I looked up the hours on Google. I went to the shopping center where quest diagnostics is at, the facility is closed. Is not open and on the Google map it says it’s open. The hours are wrong.

Called and was told I had to make an appointment just to drop off a sample. Showed up early of course and they took me late. There’s not even anyone working at the desk to talk to.

Worst experience ever!!! I don't think when I went the first time she wanted to wait on me, came back in an hour she could not take me because they were closing in fifteen minutes. If you cannot take patients fifteen minutes before you close than lock the door!!!

Walk ins are NOT welcome!!! They have me a time THREE hours from when I DID walk in and then several long periods when, I’m SURE, people didn’t show up for their appt and as left to sit in the lobby. I DO hope all those lovely lazys… I mean ladies ( : / ) enjoyed the breaks afforded them at my expense!!!!!!!
OH YEAH….THEY ARE NOT IN BRENTWOOD TOWNE CENTRE OR CONSIDERED PART OF THAT SHOPPING CENTER!!!!!!

My friend advised me to go to this place to get my blood tested because many people gave me a good rating for it, but when I went in the beginning, everything was good, but when they called my name and there was an employee whose name I don’t know, she was very bad in dealing with me. I don’t know why. When I entered room No. 1, she was... There was a lady who asked me about the insurance information she had received, and her response was harsh and hurtful to me. Frankly, she said, “Don’t answer too much. Say yes or no, and don’t answer too much.” It was as if I was under investigation in the police office. Frankly, I am now very sad because of the racist, unkind method that was used with me. I don’t know the name of the employee, but the date was Friday 6/21/2014, room number 1. I advise everyone not to enter this room if this woman is present.

I arrived 10min early for appointment time. 1 person in waiting area and 1 in the back
Took other person in and out. Sat there and sat there and finally 10 minutes after appointment time at 2:20 pm was called back

I scheduled via the app. I showed up early and was taken before my appointment time. The nurse was very nice, reassuring, and found my tiny vein easily. They seem to be fully staffed now, and I hope this improves others' experience moving forward.
