The phlebotomist was terrible. She knew there was not enough blood in the vial. She should have drew more blood from a different vein, which resulted in a test not being able to be read. Also, the same test two different providers two different results. I placed a call regarding the issue, the supervisor was very unprofessional and ignorant. I will not use the Robinson Quest Diagnostic.

It took eleven days to get my lab results. Even after I sent an email asking for them, they responded with no knowledge of my results.

I recently had a horrible experience at the Moon Quest location. My doctors office helped me find the one in Robinson. From the first visit, I was extremely pleased. I was welcomed and taken care of. The last visit stands out as I wasn't able to locate my script for my bloodwork. Instead of telling me there was nothing they could do, they patiently waited while I got my doctors office on the phone and took the order verbally. I was so happy that I didn't have to go back and they could take care of everything I needed. Would highly recommend this location (Campbell's Run Road).

The person who drew my blood was fantastic. I told her that she was amazing. I barely felt it. And everyone there is so nice. I go back to Robinson every time.

7-8 had blood drawn, never have I had such a bruise and pain before, normally everything is good ,no bruise no pain- but three days after bruise was worse (showed the Dr at my appt)7-22-24, 14 days after tiny painful bump almost like a pimple(see pic) 7-26-24 painful swollen lump?? ( see pic) never go there again!!!

Had an appointment for 640 am today and no one is here or answers the phone. UPDATE. Someone called off late and their replacement was informed late. They opened 15 minutes late and were very apologetic. It would have been nice to have given an alert to those who had appointments since they can send text messages.
