The phlebotomist Shontia (sp?) was professional and friendly and went out of her way to provide excellent service. My script had an unusual coding that my doctor had included by accident, and while I was there she called to confirm the lab order.
She was also gentle in drawing blood and held my arm in a stable way as she inserted and removed new vials to prevent any pain. She’s probably one of the best I’ve ever had. Thank you so much!

I went to the Forest Hills site. The lady was nice but 100% jacked up the blood draw. She ruptured my vein and or went into my muscle... I have NEVER had bruising and swelling like this after blood work or an iv or...

The experience should be a five; however, each time I go, I have to call them to let them know I have a secondary insurance which is on file.

The Quest location that I scheduled an appointment for 8:10am, was closed with no explanation or notice. I had to go to another Quest as a walk-in. Luckily, the location I went to secondly was not busy and the gracious service provider was quick and effective. She made it easy. When I got home, there was a message on the phone machine that was sent around 9am, after the fact. If the location is closed, there should be a notice before the appointment time and an alternative should be provided. It should not be my responsibility to correct your mistake.

Jan was amazing! She was quick, helpful, and genuinely pleasant throughout my visit. I accidentally left my scarf in the lab room, and she ran outside into the cold to return it to me before I drove off — an act of kindness I truly appreciated. Her attentiveness and care did not go unnoticed. She absolutely deserves a raise or promotion!

I was a walk-in appointment and they took me in as soon as they could. My phlebotomist was able to get me with one stick which made me very happy because I do not have good veins!

Don't go to this Quest Ardmore blvd. Staff is ignorant. Ask one staff to relay message was told ok and she then blew me off. Was told to knock on door when I did was looked at like I really did something wrong.
