I scheduled an appointment for bloodwork. The woman couldn't find my order although it was in the system for over a month. She told me to look at an order I didn't recognize then she went to another screen and she said you sit down you have no right to look at this screen. I asked to call the Dr to help her find it but she refused. She said I could call them outside but she wouldn't take the time to let that happen. The whole conversation was rude and confronting. I left, called the dr and they said it was there. They do not know why she could not find it. They had to fax an order to them. I went back in and had to wait as a walk in. A second nurse called me in, she found my record and did a wonderful job and yet the fax hadn't arrived. She said the mix up was over my name. But she looked at my drivers license and found me. Wow, what a difference. Getting someone that will work with you really helps. And she did an excellent job. No pain, fast and caring. I would give her an excellent rating. But the stress of this was overwhelming.

This location is very convenient. You can get in and out easily. The techs are great at their job.

I've used this place for years and have never had a problem. Just had blood drawn again yesterday. They took me a few minutes ahead of my scheduled time, the woman was very nice and very quick. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

Had appointment and was taken immediately.
The phlebotomist was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

I recently had to go get blood work 4 times within a month at this location and ended up having Kim draw my blood 3/4 times. She was so kind to me without even knowing my situation, was so so gentle, and was the best experience I’ve had getting blood drawn. I will absolutely go back here in the future in the hopes Kim is able to be my phlebotomist. The one time I did not have Kim was okay, but was not as gentle and not as welcoming. She set the bar very high. Thank you, Kim, for being so good at your job- you made a dark time for me a tad brighter and I am so thankful!

Kim was amazing! I’m covered in tattoos and afraid of bloodwork, so I put off getting my labs for quite a while. Kim was amazing, efficient, and made great conversation to distract me. She was very quick and I didn’t experience any extra poking and prodding (everyone’s body is different, but I still appreciated that she found my vein so quickly). She collected four vials and the whole appointment took less than five minutes. I appreciate the ability to schedule, modify, and check in to appointments online. . I will definitely return to this location for any future bloodwork I need.

Side note: if you have to fast for your appointment it’s worth treating yourself to the Milkshake Factory in the plaza after your appointment!

Never again. Blown vein in my hand. Pain, swelling and bruising. Seems like 1 out of every 5 Quest phlebotomists really knows how to effectively draw blood. I will go to a medical facility from now on.

I had an appointment for 10:20 and by 10:50 they hadn't called me back yet. Some people said they had been waiting an hour.

My son had his blood drawn on May 10th. On May 20, when I asked doctor for the test result, I were told the lab lost his blood. Even if lost a patient's blood was acceptable, lost blood without any communication is UNACCEPTABLE. We had to reschedule the test.
